Lots of guys getting hurt tonight, it's like these guys shouldn't playing 3 days after a game or something.
Russell Wilson is seeing tweety birds right now. Maybe stop rolling him out there?

I really hope that's not an Achilles injury because Sherman is shaking his head like he thinks he's done.
What the fuck did I just watch.
Absolute BASURA
Absolute BASURA
By Stormm Go To PostDamn, what a play…so demoralizing for a defense.Maybe if the guy MADE THE TACKLE instead of stupidly jumping for an INT.
Seahawks need to put together a decent O-line. They seem to budget cut there. Though the Duane Brown pickup looks like a good start, his injury didn't look too serious.
Seahawks CB Richard Sherman has been diagnosed with a ruptured right Achilles' tendon, and is done for the season.Knew it was torn immediately, stayed on the field to root teammates on. Dude is a warrior... so much respect for him.
What Sherman seemed to know immediately was quickly confirmed by the Seahawks' team doctors. Sherman said after the game he had been playing through the injury nearly all year, and had been trying to avoid hard cuts. Football players are warriors. Even though Sherman hadn't appeared quite in top form this season, he was still operating as one of the league's best corners. It's a brutal, brutal blow for the Seahawks, who will now move forward with Shaq Griffin, Justin Coleman and Jeremy Lane as their top three corners. Turning 30 next spring, Sherman will also be headed into the final year of his contract.
By domino Go To PostSherman a noted hater of TNF too. Proved his own point unfortunatelyFirst thought that came to mind.
NFC feels wide open. Eagles have the best record, but I am not sold on Wentz or Goff yet. Will be fun to see how it unfolds
By domino Go To PostSherman a noted hater of TNF too. Proved his own point unfortunatelyHe had soreness in his achilles going in. He should have sat the game out. It sucks that it happened, but it probably would have happened on Sunday too. He needed a week or two off.

That’s not really a reason for sitting out. Chronic tendinitis in achilles is quite common and that makes them feel sore. Basketball and NFL are sports that can easily cause achilles soreness.

It's just hard to pin that one on Thursday Night Football, though it probably is a factor.
I have a bum achilles and I know it's due to go at some point in the very near future. I was told 7 years ago that I had 5-10 left on it. It is always sore. I guess when it finally happens to me I can at least feel like I knew it was coming. Sucks for Sherman to get blindsided by it like that, big time.
By The Frankman Go To PostCowboys and Eagles to fight it out, one of those games no Zeke too. With the cowboys at home for the zekeless game, should make for a close game. If the cowboys win, would possibly set up a big match up week 17. Could be playing for a #1/2 seed or being a wild card team for the playoffs. If the eagles win, hard to see them losing the division at that point, unless they just implode.
Saints had the most demoralizing drive I have seen in quite a while. 10 plays, 94 yards, all runs (capped by a Brees rush TD). The shortest carry was 4 yards. Most were like 7 yards with a couple 20 yarders popping up.
Statistically he will be, but I don't know if he's going to pass a bunch of guys who are established legends. Top five is a tight group to break into.
He's certainly better than someone like Troy Aikman though who is one of the most overrated qbs of his generation.

By Dark PhaZe Go To Postis drew brees a top 5 all time QB?He probably is but he won't get that level of respect.
Forget McAdoo... Jerry Reese is done. The sins of his drafting the last 2 years/FA decisions coming home to roost. Losing 31-21 to another winless team.
The rare good Bork Osweilesnar game and special teams shits the bed. That Dion Lewis TD return cost me the game in fantasy.
This Jerry Jones vs. the owners/Goodell is a mess and it's only going to get worse it appears...and I can't look away.
Tyrod Taylor got benched in am obvious new regime move. Nathan Peerman the new QB in Buffalo.
"We were made to be more than 5-4, and I've come here to be more than 5-4," McDermott said. "Really, it's about becoming a better team. Every position is evaluated and that's the direction I decided to go." Taylor and the entire offense is coming off a horrendous Week 10 against the Saints, but that was his first bad game at home. Peterman came in late for mop-up work, playing his first 11 snaps of the season. He went 7-of-10 for 79 yards and a score and was handpicked by McDermott and the new regime as a fifth-rounder. He had a nondescript preseason. His first NFL start will be on the road in L.A. against the Bolts. The offense will continue to run through LeSean McCoy.
This comes four days after Taylor went 9-of-18 for just 56 yards in an embarrassing Week 10 home loss to the Saints. Peterman came in for mop-up work late, and coach Sean McDermott is now rolling with his handpicked guy. Taylor is a holdover from ex-coach Rex Ryan and may have played his final snap for the Bills. Due a $10 million salary and $6 million roster bonus next year, Taylor is an offseason cut candidate.
man the Bills love to jerk Tyrod around. cant wait to see him on a new team this year and the Bills continue to suck dick like they have my entire life.
Sheesh of course we turn in a stinker with all of America watching. But hoping for a win at Pittsburgh is probably too much to ask for
this clown they replaced Tyrod with threw more INTs in 18 mins than Tyrod has all year. kaaaaaaaaarma
