You got the wrong one, all of my players last year were grinded except for my LDD & Point Forward. 2k16 was my first year online, I played their games offline on the PC cause I was pirating it :)
I make most of my players off the back of all-star teamup and getting to GOAT tier, this year that ain't happening with the crazy VC upgrade costs.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if it's glitched. You just need to do what it says in my screen to advance up to it.
Also playing pretty much top players only so maybe they aren't easily able to go 8-2 in the HoF league, and remain stuck. I doubt that tho.

2K only drops patch notes once the placebo hits OS and they think something is fixed. That patch they dropped is probably tracking everybody using the VC exploit.

Steph has Hall of Fame Limitless Range Badge. It's incredible. You literally can be a few steps in front of the half court line, dance, and shoot a fadeaway 3 and its net. It's
when you doing it but

They need to bring back the rumble when there's contact in the paint or something, this is throwing me off so much man. 2k17 even had rumble every time the ball bounced. Probably adds to the fact that I think the game is sorta floaty.
