Emery looks like he can't handle big personalities, you don't just say "Let them settle it" because it will lead to further strife. A true leader would stamp that shit out right quick. I'm surprised he kept his job after losing in the CL in the manner he did and coming in second.

These days Sketch is my favorite software. Not as robust as Illustrator but it's great for prototyping designs.

the problem with Excel is that it isn't designed in a way that people with little to no experience can sniff out the functionality they need. Watch how many times the average person hits the undo button while using Excel. That's generally your first sign that there are major usability errors.
Ideally your software is as simple as possible on its surface but has expert functions and shortcuts available and easily accessible. Office has struggled with finding the balance for years and years.
