By Mister0079 Go To PostSooo"Flexible work timings" is probably it. Expect tight deadlines that don't make sense.
The programming job I was offered 2 months ago and promptly left after a failure in negotiations (shit salary, no transport allowance) just called me today.
They offered me a higher salary, flexible work timings and work from home. Plus I'll be the team leader in charge of 3 other people.
This is my first job. Someone tell me what's the catch.
By Officer_lool Go To PostIf only you had 2 whole months to sign a CB which would have solved majority of your problems. Not sure if a new CB would solve all our problems. We'd probably still be a disorganised mess.

We did it lads
By OneTwoTee Go To PostNot sure if a new CB would solve all our problems. We'd probably still be a disorganised mess.
As Klopp has identified but not actually resolved, the issue is just as much your midfielders thinking they can do whatever they fucking want.
Just got a call, one of my job interviews has been scheduled for tomorrow morning.
What a time to be alive.
What a time to be alive.
By Elchele Go To PostYour club are being huge cunts, MartinsWe are but the interests of the club come first.
Ruiz was given multiple offers from clubs in Belgium and Turkey, he rejected because he thinks he can do better, despite no one besides us went for him after Fulham and his form is decreasing because he doesn't make an effort on training.

The fourth spot.
By Laboured Go To PostIt'll be difficult?
Maybe.

Shouldn't this work in my favour? I decide what time I go to work.
By batong Go To PostThere's your catch.
Yeah I'm not sure what they're thinking of putting a fresher like me in charge of other people. I have no professional work experience, I've never heard of a fresher with no experience who joined a company and was immediately given a leadership position. This is a big red flag for me.
Apparently the fee is north of £50m. Pretty great for somebody who has no interest in being there and who the club have no interest in keeping.
By Mister0079 Go To PostMaybe.

Just go for it, never know what can happen. If the pay is good ..
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostDo we consider Rashford better than Sterling?
i'd say so.
ANNOUNCE GRIEZMANN
By Kidjr Go To PostAs per kidjr's post a few months ago.Dunno if I commented on your post back then, but I absolutely agree with you. One of the online giants will eventually muscle in and pay huge money for streaming rights. I also think that the big clubs will eventually be in a position to sell individual matches to stream, directly to fans, cutting out Sky/BT etc. They'll make huge profits with that.
I remember a few people thinking we've reached pinnacle of money broadcasters are willing to pay.
And I strongly disagreed, I dont even think we're scratching the surface. You cant put a price on the demand for something thats so loved.
By Lupercal Go To PostJust go for it, never know what can happen. If the pay is good ..
I already agreed to join, just nervous. :)
By Mister0079 Go To PostShouldn't this work in my favour? I decide what time I go to work.Yes, but you'd still be expected to finish what they give you in an alloted time. Could mean that you'd have to put 7 days a week to finish it in time.
I think if the next rights are only contested by BT/Sky, they won't go much higher than they currently are per game. Both channels continue to make less and less per game, but a company like FB or Amazon would largely shake up the pricing. Surprised YouTube doesn't go for it too.
I think soon enough though, the PL will start pushing heavily to repeal the 3PM laws so they can sell those games.
I think we're at the point where enough people watch 3PM games illegally enough, that I'm not sure these laws are doing anything other than proliferating pirate streams.

It'll not happen for many years imo. The Championship has sold permission to broadcast all midweek games online to Sky iirc, but midweek football league games usually have notably lower attendances than weekend games already.
probably late but Ruiz is definitely retiring after the World Cup so I could see why he could be lazier than the rest, he's already had a long career and is counting the days

I see. That would suck.
Three year rental of Costa over. That was fun while it lasted. Hopefully he can spur Atletico to challenge for the La Liga title down the stretch in January.
These Liverpool blackout kits are nice. They have a whole blackout line of clothes too.

A new Angel Olsen album coming in November. Saw her live a few months ago, great gig except for when she stopped songs to ask people to stop singing along 🤔
Oh it's a b-side album. Can only think of e•mo•tion side b as being a legit gr8 b side record.
By Punished Go To PostDidn't get that in Dublin, great gig. Have you heard this song she did with Alex Cameron?

Last time we saw Costa play in England he lost to Arsenal and Rob Holding bullied him.
That is all i’ll remember about him.
