By Wengward Go To PostWell it is football so "should be able to" means nothing.Who said anything about spending? I'm talking about the quality of the team.
United have spent more money than any other team last year. They should have won the league.
arsenals b team should be able to win against a tier 3 side at home
and a frontline of alexis, giroud and walcott should be able to score more than 1 goal against them
we are not a poverty club fighting against relegation ffs

5-1 final score.

Nothing is ever enough for some people.
By Wengward Go To PostEasy win.
By Wengward Go To PostNothing is ever enough for some people.A clean sheet and a lovely finish from Theo Walcott what more could people want?
Pereira...
Conceding goals - particularly like that - in the dying seconds of a game and thus not keeping a clean sheet is always equally annoying.

A win is a win, but I understand what Xpike means.
A team gunning for top 4 should be able to beat a League One team by more than a goal, while making it look easy, even with Reserves.

That was fun. Obv shit opposition but recently we've clanked these games and this was just a lot of fun.
Lindelof was awful though, like really bad. Hopefully he will improve as he continues to settle but on this evidence I think we're looking at the second half of the season or even next before we can think about starting him in league games.

Mou will give him chances after chances.

We didnt make it look easy at all.
Really bad performance.
A Burton player accidentally hit him on the back of the head, but I didn't think it looked that bad.

Brazilian you mean
By Mangoverboard Go To PostI really hope Gundogan is okInjured again?
Well that was a horribly disappointing match. 4 kids on the bench but didn't even make the third sub (would have been nice to give Foden even a few seconds for his official debut). Gundogan maybe out for another year. Lovely stuff.
By Pele.gif Go To PostBrazilian you meanIs this a joke about Oscar.
Also I get it Pele. I had to watch United play under LVG for two years, with the team winning games against shit opposition by the skin of their teeth.
Someone made a point that for a team that's known for its attacking flair like United, having DDG win POTY for the club twice in a row says a lot about the state of the team.
By Vivalapizza Go To PostInjured again?Yacob with a very, very nasty tackle from behind. Definitely looked serious.. ankle looked like it turned, studs on the back of his achilles.. could be the knee. Who knows really. Physio was having to give him serious encouragement as he limped off the pitch after being down for a few minutes.
Hope Gundogan is okay. Always a shame for injuries to ruin a career.

This guy can't catch a break. Must be in pieces mentally, too.
Ironic cos I had saved an article by Rory Smith on his rehab to read tonight.

Especially since that article about his recovery the last 10 months was doing the rounds today.

or are you talking about other Pereira
Andreas Pereira is on loan at Valencia.
We are talking about Joel Pereira, the goalkeeper that Mou says has the ability to be Portugal's no. 1 in a few years.
By Cleff Go To PostDe Gea won three in a row.Even worse.
