I think he feasts on the lack of strong bigs. His best game in that set being against Deandre is interesting because that's who is most alike in skillset to himself.

He can hit jump shots, he can hit hooks, he can post up and isolate. He's far more like Bynum (although not as polished) than he is like DeAndre.

Whiteside sort of had those moves coming in, but I still don't trust them now even though he's refined them. I need to see it work over a longer period.

Guys like Dwight and Hibbert have had good periods of offensive play, and then fallen back. I trust it when it feels reliable.

It's also tough to judge when he's not the primary option and not the defense's primary concern.

I mean I don't watch college ball so I don't really know, but always thought Joel/Noel would be a good PF/C combo if Embiid turns out as people projects him to be offensively.

Wouldn't mind trading for DMo for Nerlens though.

I'll believe it when I see them do it for an extended period of time, like 4 months. The league has seen players go on runs a lot of times. They can turn into Lin / Bargs just as quickly as they can regress back to an actual roster player of value. And he's not young. People just forgot he existed. Happens when you go and play in Europe.

To me it will be about how he does it next year, in the next season. I don't really think any team in the league is really pouring any attention /resources on the heat and re-scouting their roster to account for him.

The playoffs, should miami make it, will be a good indicator I think.

I guess the idea is that one of them will be able to stretch out their games. Embiid is apparently hitting 3s and shit with ease..and Noel's funky shot has come around…but yeah IDK.

I guess the idea is to do like Memphis but both Zbo and Marc can hit 15fters with ease.
