You missed the joke that went over your head?
I think he means that if you're gonna joke about making money off of salt and tears as an alternative energy source for the future, then it has to be funnier
like if utah ended up bumping LA out of the #1 overall pick, we could afford to get jeremy lin's couch for kado to sleep alone on

:rolleyes
yes moris i was legit flipping out over something that is widely known with tons of visual evidence.
a flip out would be when i said I hope the Big One's epicenter was Staples Center when yall traded for Dwight and got sniped by Blackace for it
By reiloDude please. You were being a bitch (in fact, been one for a good 24 hours straight now going back to the Harden flop discussion) and made fun of a player's injury. Got called out, backtracked, and made me more money in ad revenue.
We cool.
Good. Great.
Now back to an actual "issue" : Can you use some of that revenue and put in a highlight when you're quoted? What about multi-quote?
By reiloHe clearly didn't get the joke at all because he thought I was being #tooreal.just wasn't as funny

You can join Frankman and email the complaints department about it.

By diehardBasketball talk:Don't worry. Our bigs had their worst game in eons and they couldn't miss from 3.
I'd actually be pretty peeved if we lost to the Sixers with how well we have been playing lately.
They should gotten a win @ OKC and that kinda scares me.
Highly unlikely they'll make it close against you guys.
By reiloNow that you requested it? Naw.
clown
i see multi quote is already kind of implemented though...but involves an extra step to work
man, Mo williams has the Wolves' franchise record for points scored.
that kinda sucks when the team had KG

At first I was confused. Oh you mean in a single game. Not through their career.
C'mon now, you know KG ain't never putting up 55 or 60 point games.
By VahagnIt seems like we're having more and more injuries Now. Mamba has an interesting theory about the game being too athletic now. But how is the game objectively more physical? That part I'm not buying. Plus practice time is dramatically reduced and sleep time has been significantly increased. I don't think it's the 82 games. Something else is at play here.
By Physical, I mean the athletic stress on your body, not the stuff like pounding in the post. Jumping higher stretches the tendons more, higher speed means higher impact collisions.
Honestly, it seems like players hit the floor more than ever before as well. From getting fouled in the air because they're going much faster.
Obviously, players are better off these days in terms of diets and first class flights and all that stuff. But I feel like that might have been thrown out by the stress on the body for being so athletic.
Maybe it's just confirmation bias, I don't know. I'm not arguing this is definitely the case. It's just an idea I've had and nothing more.
By VahagnStill, Mo fucking williams. KG couldn't get really hot one game or something?By psychintellectman, Mo williams has the Wolves' franchise record for points scored.

I'm sure he could. He'd still pass it out to the 9th guy on the bunch to take all the clutch buckets.

KG dropped 47 on Phoenix 01/04/2005 19/28 shooting (.679) 9 of 11 from the line in 42 minutes.
K Love dropped 51 on OKC 03/23/2012 16/27 shooting (.593) 12 of 16 from the line in 49 minutes.
Mo dropped 52 on Indy 01/13/2015 19/33 shooting (.576) 8 of 9 from the line in ~44 minutes.
Somebody needs to have a backup migration spot ready, cuz tell me yall don't see parallels between Lore and Reilo in the feelings department

By MorisKG dropped 47 on Phoenix 01/04/2005 19/28 shooting (.679) 9 of 11 from the line in 42 minutes. And Mo's is the only game the Wolves won, which probably isn't that surprising given the franchise win percentage is like 38%.

Can't wait to see Whiteside send Gortat back to Sparta tonight
I'd advise leaving Nene alone though, you don't want them problems

I don't know why you think Nene is soft. He's injury prone, but he's probably the strongest guy in the league and doesn't back down to anyone.
By Dark PhaZeCause NeNe is very sporadic about when he chooses to play hard. Guy plays soft a lot of the damn time. Every now and then he'll get riled up, but not consistently.By giririsssBy Dark PhaZeCan't wait to see Whiteside send Gortat back to Sparta tonightHe doesn't want nene's chornic back pains? or chronic lack of testicles?

Yea, he's definitely a guy who could have been a lot more than what he is. I don't know how much of that is laziness, injury concerns, etc, but yea, he's an underachiever.
By MorisIs Philly gonna get rid of Embiid or Noel?
Noel. He's going to be Larry Sanders without having to fight through depression, but Embiid could be the best center in the NBA and Hinkie cares about superstars over all else for now.
By RBKI just want to say Michelle Beadle is sexy.
i would say this is probably something we can all agree on
but probably not
By giririsssI actually believe in Wiggins.I don't know about that, but I really like him. Good defensive instincts and already a nice offensive moveset, though I'd like to see him hit some 3s here soon and get his shot going again.

Whiteside vs Better Big Men of League (Gasols, Noah, Howard, Deandre, Cousins, Nene/Gortat, Vucevic and Hibbert)
10.7 pts 8.8 rbs 3.4 blks
The blocks are up, and everything else a little down.
I threw out the games in which he played less than 5 minutes. His best game came against Deandre Jordan. His worst against Cousins. His one game with any meaningful minutes vs the Wiz was mediocre.
I think he feasts on the lack of strong bigs. His best game in that set being against Deandre is interesting because that's who is most alike in skillset to himself.

You haven't watched Whiteside much. He's got offensive repertoire from within 12-15 feet that's far above and beyond what DeAndre has or what Dwight has. He can hit jump shots, he can hit hooks, he can post up and isolate. He's far more like Bynum (although not as polished) than he is like DeAndre.
