Okafor is definitely better offensively than Towns right now and Towns would have really struggled to score against those doubles Okafor got, sure. I just don't think he's going to get any easy catches against Towns and WCS.

It was a good trade for both sides. He didn't fit in Utah and he's a massive upgrade for us.

I'm glad he talked shit too. Sports are more fun when stuff like that happens.

By Jeff-DSA Go To Post I'm not sure that the Kanter trade had helped OKC at all defensively, and when Durant comes back next year they won't need Kanter's points. Next season might be back to the same old for him. 

I refuse to believe that Kendrick Perkins was so important that our defense will fall off a cliff with his loss.

KD and Ibaka are much more important and I think their ability will help to cover up for Kanter's deficiencies.

At least effort hasn't been an issue for Kanter either. So I have reason to believe his D can become at least passable with time.

hmm. looking at the thunders schedule it could actually get pretty tight if either PHX or NOP play better than expected.

@ PHX

VS Mavs

@ Memphis

VS Rockets

VS Spurs

are all potential Ls, then going 3-1 (W vs Pacers, Wolves, Kings and L vs POR)

3-6 in a worst case scenario. 

luckily for OKC both PHX and NOP schedule's are brutal as well. 

Definitely going to be a must watch final four. Wisconsin is the most impressive team in terms of how they find ways to execute something similar to an NBA offense despite spacing issues. No doubt due to Franks versatility.

Cal is obviously great, but Kentucky should really shoot nothing but threes and shots at the rim. Even some contested threes. Booker in particular needs to be shooting much more.

In the post game Enes Kanter said, "they are not a good basketball team." In Locke's post game thought dump his response was, "This actually was true when Enes played for the Jazz but is not as true since he was traded."
