By ratcliffja Go To PostI think the Pelicans culture is toxic because despite his insane stats, he just doesn't seem to have that killer instinct at the end of a game. It certainly didn't help that he's been tasked with taking the entire team on his shoulders.

By IWMTB19 Go To Post Our defense is basically perfect at this point or the Blazers have nothing left.
I think it's both actually. The Blazers are a mess right now but the Jazz have been playing excellent defense.
By psychintellect Go To Post I can't really tell if Lillard is being outplayed by Burke.

Real shit Damian is Kemba-West
By knux-future Go To Post The thing about the keep it close to make it seem like you care tank is that you will often face teams who legit suck and thus get those tryhard wins
Yup, it sucks. I need to hope Philly and Minny both beat us in our next match up, starting to get shook.

Eh? Damian bitches, can't play D, is entirely reliant on his bigs, goes randomly cold as fuck, has a coach that knows exactly when the ball has been in his hands too long, and is clutch as fuck.
Damian is better but he's easily the most overrated PG in the league right now and wouldn't be half the player he is if he were surrounded by different players

It's either between him or Isiah Thomas, so I'll have to agree.
Blazers can bitch all they want, but he's not highly regarded if he misses that series-ending shot.
Man Waiters cried his way out of Cleveland, only to find himself in the same exact situation he hated, relegated to just a spot up 3-point shooter, coming off the bench when KD is healthy.
i don't see how you can be overrated if the internet bitching chamber has its eyes locked on you for an entire season. I guess he's got the blake griffin effect going on because of all the annoying commercials
that said, the dude can't find his way around a screen to save his life
I secretly hope Tim Duncan re-invents himself as a spot up three point shooter and plays another 10 years
By reilo Go To Post That was such a foul on Exum smh.
gettin calls and still complaining?
By HasphatsAnts Go To Post Spurs are destroying the Thunder.
Road to repeat : )
By db Go To Post More like Rockets can bitch all they want about that series-ending shot since there is no limit to the salt about it.

Passive aggressive bitching still equates to bitching.
I'm not saying he's bad, but he's been put on a pedestal because of it. He's still a top 10 PG regardless.
Because regular season game winners don't mean shit compare to a series-clinching shot...
It's still a pretty historic moment, but imagine how much more praise 13 in 33 would have gotten over Reggie 6 in 8 seconds if it was done in the playoffs.

You might've rivaling Vahagn at this point in bringing meaningless debate.

Point was he's won games or clinched a game with a shot like that. It wasn't some fluke shit he's not typically capable of. Is he overrated because of the shot? Lillard time has been a thing in many games. He's lost his edge that's for sure but to say he was highly inflated because of one shot just screams bitter.

I'm being called salty because I said Lillard's profile was increased for that shot(which is obviously true).
Nobody is denying what he's done in the past and even in some moment he's had this season.
Let's quote what you actually said.

Highly regarded as in a top 5 PG because he's obviously not a bad player(or "Kemba-West).
He'll probably fall around 7-8 for me because I'm taking Wall and Dragic over him.
