cj looks pretty good
really have not liked afflalo's game as a starter. wonder if a small starting lineup is in the works...
So glad I didn't end up watching this at a bar. Would not be able to stick to a single drink watching these damn games.
Cool story Kerr, way to not let your team showboat or anything with Portland's third-string unit in and your best lineup still in there.
By HasphatsAnts Go To PostDoes it really matter? He's very very good, and can be the best player in a 7 game series*. We saw him outplay LeBron in the finals. Yeah sure, he's not a consistently top 10 player, but you're not playing 82 games in the playoffs. Game at a time, and he's as good as anyone.
*If he's on a team with multiple other HOFers including Tim Duncan and the GOAT coach.

And he manages to stand out. STFU!

Being the best player on a team full of HOFers isn't a knock...

It's not a knock but if you put him on a random lottery team he sure wouldn't look like a "top 10" player.

"He might developing worse"
George and him basically same prospect, Indy give him the key quite fast when they see him can upping Granger.
They had great managerial.

The only negative thing I can say about him as a coach is that he leaves the starters in way too long. Don't take it personally
@ChrisPalmerNBA: Boogie Cousins had 33 pts, 17 rebs, 4 blks, 4 stls & 3 asts. Only Hakeem has done this last 30 years.
And it was still a bit of an off game for Cousins. Part of it was the Sixers triple teaming him. One post up he had the entire Sixer team on him.

He'd look good next to Harden
I think its pretty clear the bucks want to keep him, they have the money to keep him, and he is RFA

27 shot to get it tho.
so there
;_; Fuck you Doug
I'm looking at Danny Green and he's Brad Beal with better shot selection
Clips could move up to 3 but if SA is waiting at 6 i want no part of it.
best case scenario is if they meet Portland at 6 and could dodge GSW until WCF.
Portland then Memphis is possible, followed by a GSW stomp. that would be okay.
realistically they get booted in the first round by any team they face
The only chance the Clips have right now is that the extended cap gives them some breathing room to add a difference maker
Now that MCW is confirmed to be complete trash at basketball and that the 76ers have gotten much better since the trade, where are the people laughing at the 76ers for "tanking even more" and "punting away their good players"?
The criticism against Hinkie with regards to MCW should be that he drafted him in the first place, but he managed to get a great return out of a disaster.

I don't believe you.
Hinkie has taken tanking to a new level.
Literally takes a draft pick from a bad draft class, increases his stock, then trades him for a pick in a better draft class a year later lul. As long as his scouting department is doing their job and they are actually viewing all of their picks assets either as long term pieces or a means to significant trades, then the Sixers will be an upper echelon team very quickly.
By ratcliffja Go To PostSo Rose said he should be back in 1-2 weeks. Hopefully he can stay healthy this time.
Seems like a really risky decision for his long term health. Rushing players back before medical time tables are fully met is just too high of a risk to balance out against the reward.
On the other side though. He's or more or less done as a star anyway. If he has further complications he can take a year or two off to get right and just late stage penny or grant hill his way till he's done.

Waiting a while on his injuries before didn't seem to help much either. At least this surgery was a removal rather than a repair, so his recovery time would naturally be much sorter. He's obviously got a much shorter period where he'll be effective, especially since his game is mostly based on his athleticism, so it makes sense that he wants to get the most out of his prime years.
I don't think he'll have lost any explosion in the short term. It's vital he gets out there and gets back to playing instinctively again

Relio, again this update is impressive stuff.
EDIT: 16 minute restriction on Howard? Does that even make sense?
With a win tonight, OKC would pull to within 2.5 games of the Spurs and clinch the tiebreaker.
Doubt we win, but still.
