Football insider thinks swans have bid 12 million for Nelson Oliverra. He was shit the last time he was at swansea!
By ATTICUS H Go To PostSancho given the #7?!I assumed he was gonna be a bit part player for a while, fuck meWell Dembele left and Yarmolenko took over #11 from Mor, so the 7 was still free.
By Laboured Go To PostM8 you won't even be able to get Jake Livermore for £40m next summer.Away from deadline day I think the market would be far more reasonable. And in particular I reckon PSG will have some great bargains as they sell off the likes of Moura and Draxler
is Lemar truly the only player Wenger will accept as a replacement for Sanchez? I don't understand the obsession for paying over the odds for this particular player
Makes much more sense to target the PSG leftovers for reasonable prices like we did with Sanchez and Ozil

Lemar better score 20+ goals and assist 10+ this season for this deal to be remotely decent.
I don't think he will so we done fucked up.

Easy, rhymes with bench.

Plays a lot deeper. He's a wide midfielder

Agreed.
I think Monaco is mugging us off.
This is a panic buy by Arsene.
Incredible that we are still making those. We are shambles.
By ATTICUS H Go To PostSancho given the #7?! I assumed he was gonna be a bit part player for a while, fuck meThat's pretty wild. They have a ton of wingers already so I figured he'd probably start with their B team primarily and work his way into the first team squad over the course of the season. He is very talented but I'd be surprised if he went in right away over Philipp and Yarmolenko (let alone Schurrle or the others, I know some are injured like Reus).
This club is so incompetently run it's ridiculous. Selling our best player within the league again wooooo.

I really do feel like this is such a PL thing to get upset about.

replacement as in he'll only come in if Sanchez leaves

Hopefully Ivan said No.
By Pele.gif Go To PostThis 92m bid lmaoThe money just appeared! The cynic in me says this is a bad deal. Man Monaco is making off like bandits this season.
This club lads, this fucking club.
By n8 dogg Go To PostGuardian apparently reporting Arsenal are pulling out? This is what they're saying:
Alexis Sanchez is staying at Arsenal. That is the message from the club and it would now be a shock if there were to be any late turns to this infernal saga (it takes a toll, you know!). Manchester City came in earlier today with a second offer for the Chile striker – of £55m, plus £5m in add-ons – but it has come down to Arsenal being able to sign a new attacking player. Quite simply, they look to have run out of time on that front. They wanted Monaco’s Thomas Lemar and the French club demanded that they pay 100m euros for him. Which Arsenal indicated they were willing to do. But there appears to be insufficient time for Arsenal to now agree a package with Lemar, particularly as he is in the France squad for this evening’s game against Holland – which kicks off in about three hours. Were Arsenal able to get Lemar, they would have been inclined to take the £60m from City for Sanchez. But it is unlikely to happen now.

If you consider we had first refuse on Fabregas, selling Sanchez to City could mean Wenger gifted 3 leagues titles (United 13, Chelsea 15 and City 18) selliing (not buying in Cescs case) our best players.
Whew.

City getting Sanchez. That attack just got even better
Dortmund investing in these young lads. Will sell on for big £ if they click.

Silva was £60m #full amount. Lemar for £90m+ is mad (from what I've seen anyway).
And Pogba was exactly the kind of player the team needed. Yes it was about making a statement in different fronts, but he has made the team better on the pitch and he's worth the money. Don't know what Shanks is about. 90% of his transfer was about his footballing ability first.
I have to agree. You'll get some Belgian 17y/o for £10m or something.

Kicker says €7m for Sancho. We better have a sell-on though.. that is way more important than whatever pittance we get up front. I think he will be a £40-50m player in 2 seasons at most.

I didn't want Willian at the start of the window but I'll gladly take him now. Think he could offer much.
