The coefficient is dead.
Hopefully third place and then we march on in EL together
By Linius Go To PostHopefully third place and then we march on in EL togetherThat's the plan
(Or flunk out right away and win the Eredivisie because we're not getting bogged down by tough EL nights in Eastern Europe)
+ Mbappe seems to be ours, don't think Barcelona are in for him and City/PSG are out of the question.
+ We should keep Bale, yeah he's injury prone but when he's fit the guy is a mother fucking monster, super option to have. Thinking about this more and more and I think it would be silly if we sell him.
+ Bale and Benzema together get injured enough for there to be minutes for everyone. Plus, Ronaldo will get even more rested this year ( WC year, accepts that resting works, Zidane ).
+ 180m on a 18 year old is so risky but that's the price you pay for young talent that has potential to be world class.

Gotta pay those tax bills
Coutinho will be in the Modric position this year, feeding through balls into Salah and Mane. We're going to have a really strong attack again this season having added more of what made us strong last year, and with a deeper squad as well. But key to this is keeping Coutinho. Liverpool's owners finally got their man with Jurgen Klopp, and they're going to show commitment to his plans. The only reason Coutinho would go is if Klopp is looking at options he think would be better in the long-term, but there's been no signs of this so far. Klopp wants Keita and VVD, both players who don't play in Coutinho's position.
The only legit Coutinho replacement I can think of is Julian Brandt. He has a very similar style of play, and turned us down earlier because he wouldn't play as much as he'd like. But there hasn't been any talk of Brandt being targeted this summer (or any other players like him) so it would seem Klopp isn't looking for a replacement for Coutinho.

By hixx Go To PostEveryone is predicting a Derby win tonight.
Different league, same shit.
:lol
If Barca put the money on the table then Coutinho is going to go, why would he stay? It would be the same if they tried to buy Dele Alli.
I feel sorry for Neymar, imagine ending your career at 24.
He will be well paid, but he is gonna fade into irrelevancy.

Just realised that two of the worst movies I saw in the past few months had Michael Fassbender on it (Assassin's Creed and Alien Covenant).
What are you doing with your life, Fassbender??
And why the fuck did everyone wear hoodies in a freaking spaceship??? I was waiting for someone to drop some bars at any moment.

Pretty much, he will become a world cup player.
Neymar has gone to play in the 6th league of Europe.

Tbf we don't know how good or really good this PSG team will be with Neymar, also Neymar 'running' the show on a team that isn't Santos...

Ryan T done for the season apparently? That sucks.
By Vivalapizza Go To PostVery true.I'm blaming Tannehill on this one(still not the biggest fan but last year was beginning to turn me). Should have just got offseason surgery instead of rehabbing. Now his ligaments all loose, stretches it on a non-contact play and it's either another 6-8 weeks rest and wait or season-ending surgery.

To be honest.
I was more surprised with Pep being the manager for Manchester City than Neymar going to PSG.

Nobody knows if Luck is even throwing yet :-/
By Vivalapizza Go To PostAgree but can see why he made that choice at the time.I have a pipe dream since this season is turning out to be a wash before it starts. Trade and get Brad Kayaa(rookie) from the Lions(Former Miami Hurricanes QB) and have him start his magical local run to legend.

Dolphins haven't even drafted a QB for like 4 years. Here comes Cutler!
PSG is basically going to be France's Bayern. And the rhetoric that Ligue 1 is the 6th league in Europe is outdated. Their teams have performed significantly better than Premier League teams in CL recent years for example.

Don't know who would be the 5th of it wasn't for France.
Obviously I'm talking about Conte 1.0 here but no matter how many players we bought for him, he never rotated. Rarelyyyyyy and out of necessity only lol
Dont waste your money chelsea, buy him crap rotation players.

By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostThis is why Juve need Lapo.Lapo save us. We can't even force Atalanta to give Spinazzola back. Cancelo still hasn't been bought. No midfielder. No striker.
He would spend 500 million on Messi as a brand ambasador for FIAT.
Congrats on the scudetto, Minaporoma.
