I'm currently on week 2 of my 4 week 'no sugar' diet. Just wanted to see how I'd cope without sweets / fruit of any sort.
Doing okay so far.

It is all the same, essentially. The only difference is a slower absorption because of the fiber in fruit.
Moderation is key.

By Ciaran Go To Postpls it's okay to eat fruit you lemon <3You gonna teach the master about nutrition? Bitches pls.
Of course it's okay to eat fruit and I eat plenty of it. You want your vitamins and micro-nutrients and fiber, so you can take godly shits like n8 version 2.0. Though I generally prefer to get them from vegetables and treat fruit more as supplement. At the end of the day, it's still sugar, high in calories.
In any case, I'm just experimenting for a couple of weeks. Relax m8s.
Also, congrats on your weight increase, Yurt!
By Wengward Go To PostI got a gym membership yesterday. What an awful place.
Hate them. Bought a cross trainer for my house. Watched rick and morty while i did it.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostWatching Alien Covenant right now instead of The Martian. I made a mistake, didn't I?
They're both shit. But one is boring shit and one is horrific disastrous shit.
By Zabojnik Go To PostYou gonna teach the master about nutrition? Bitches pls.I must admit I already miss the "WTF DID YOU DO? FEED HIM!" comments :lol I think my ideal weight should be 70ish but I look much better in the 60s. Don't think I ate much at all between September 2016 to March 2017 where I'm pretty sure my blood turned toxic too

I shit like 3 or 4 times per day, usually directly after a meal, it's a curse. But I suspect its the one thing keeping me away from the gym :lol
...I ate a donut like three days ago and I still see it in my dreams

I remember when the Alien franchise was about alien monsters and not religion.
Ah, the good old days.

Worse than both. Other than Fassbender it has zero redeeming qualities. Just absolute shit.
The characters are even dumber than the group of morons from Prometheus.
was he like forced to make Covenant or something?

By Ciaran Go To Postwas he like forced to make Covenant or something? No, he actually wants to do a ton more Alien movies, like 5 or 6.
Needed a break after the first hour. This is atrocious, every scary or emotional scene has missed the mark.
By Slizz Go To PostAnd have you seen Covenant? I haven't seen Covenant but Valerian was god awful.Valerian at least has stunning imagery, Covenant is as bland as it can be in terms of visuals.
Should have watched The Martian, it might be a boring movie but I checked the sample of the 4K release I downloaded and it looked gorgeous.
By Razor Go To PostGve Messi an outlet and two quality CMs. He'll deliver a treble.
Messi need a proper LW that can finish from the changes he creates. Neymar's finishing this past season was abysmal and one of the reasons we lost the league.

No, and iirc he was the driving force behind cancelling the sort of retcon sequel that was being mooted and was very popular with internet nerds.
By DBT85 Go To PostladsHoly shit when that goat appeared I laughed so hard
By Meier Go To PostThis is of course total bullshit, but a few years ago when City were trying to sign Matuidi on a free transfer via a Bosman deal, their chairman came out and basically said if you try and do this, we will retaliate with force. I think the Neymar signing is far more a nationalistic move (showing Qatar's might) than anything, but the theoretical idea of this being some sort of retaliation as well isn't unheard of. Barca cutting ties with Qatar Airlines probably didn't help things.
I remember this. I swear to god they threatened to pay Messi's release clause or something silly like that
edit: here it was
http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11820/8830359/paris-st-germain-warn-barcelona-of-lionel-messi-bid-if-they-keep-pursuing-thiago-silva
PSG president Sheikh Nasser Al-Khelaifi is unhappy that Barca are continuously being linked with PSG's Brazilian defender and has vowed to play them at their own game.
"If Barca pay the buy-out clause of Thiago Silva then I will meet Messi's buy-out clause," he is quoted as telling ActuSports.fr.
Since the end of last term speculation has been rife that Barcelona will make a concrete bid for the PSG star, but the Ligue 1 champions have insisted he will not leave.
Earlier this week, Camp Nou supremo Sandro Rosell attempted to up the ante as he publicly declared that Barca want Thiago Silva and that has not impressed the player's current club.
Now it appears that PSG are ready to use the financial backing of their Qatari owners to meet Messi's buy-out clause and offer him an enormous contract to see if they can persuade the Argentine to leave Spain.
ActuSports.fr huh. fake news
Worst 5 films I've seen that came out this year in cinemas:
Alien Covenant
Snatched
Live by Night
A Monster Calls
The Circle (this one got a really limited release but its on Netflix and its really really terrible)

What's wrong with Alien Covenant? I thought Prometheus was ok. Is it worse than that?
I downloaded it already :/

Awful.
Said before we signed him this was a poor signing. When will we learn
You wouldn't have it would you? You just wouldn't have it. he is, and has been, finished for a very long time.
He needs to get a serious grip here. Not impressed.
Well that was an eye opener
Now we are stuck with him on a huge wage offering virtually nothing.
What was that weird floated chip attempt from 20 yards with a 6'8" goalkeeper on his line?
He's pretty crap, poor first touch and slow. I hope we sign someone that relegated him to the bench.
Let's not be mistaken in thinking that this is a poor performance. It's just a standard performance. He isn't capable of anything better. He's gone.
Said it from the start…. At best a bench player for squad rotation…
Liability.
He’s gonna start every game. I hope you all know that.Every. Game.
Yep… It's going to be painful…
Finished
Absolutely abysmal, kin embarrassing, bring back the straq
As his employer we can sack him and pay nothing to terminate his contract based on this performance, because this is clear gross misconduct
Awful
Needs to improve a lot on the 2 performances so far.
He can't because his body has expired.
Can we sell him to China this transfer window
his touch was horrible four years ago and it still is now. No creativity, no pace.
He was a worldclass player till 26 but since then he's one of the most overrated players in English football. He can't play as a striker and a 10 bcause he isn't that good anymore.
Utter shambles. Tried the Hollywood pass and nothing came off. Hugely irresponsible performance
My hands are up in the air! He's finished, Iv been played by sentimentality.
Watch about an hour the game before I turned the telly off in disgust because of his performance. His inability to adapt to his loss of pace is baffling for a player once considered World Class.
His technical ability in particular looks shockingly poor for a player once lauded for his vision, passing range, intelligence & skill levels.
He's woeful. Absolutely dire.
Wonder who these fellows are talking about
