I actually agree with Evilore that the "we must instantly believe every accusation or it's rape culture" thing is a really reactionary form of feminism that's not clear-headed or actually concerned with what's just. It's the internet, anybody can pose as anybody and say anything about anyone. Wanting to wait on evidence for accusations that are going to destroy someone's life should not be some kind of suspect opinion.
But insta-banning anyone who talks back ain't right either. If you think you've got an intellectually solid argument, then make it. Knee-jerk bans of dissenters just broadcasts insecurity and uncertainty.

Follow the ToS to the letter, be level headed, and if you're even perceived as a devil's advocate on behalf of the "wrong" side, ban incoming.
