I thought Lukaku was going to Chelsea.
We'll get Belotti and midway through the season wonder why this lad who excelled in Serie A is dogshit in the Best League in the World.

By flinbad the flailer Go To PostHaving fits about signing Lukaku, and moaning because you haven't secured Griezmann by June 1st?Havent whined at all, still early.
United supporters are the worst. More grating than Madridistas, more obnoxious than Arsefaces, and more pitiful than the piles of Liverpoo.
Horse and Nate are the only decent ones. Maybe Bold, too, if he hasn't been one of the whiners (there's been so much so quickly that I can't keep it all sorted). Also, maybe Flutter. I don't know - they're basically all a human millipede anyways.
But last summer, my whinage was epic, the Pogba saga was absurd, ABSURD!
there was music videos, ads, body doubles, trans-continental tracking and blood samples, emojis, hashtags, brazzers photo-ops with laundry ladies....

Speaking at the KPMG Football Benchmark event in London on Wednesday, Cliff Baty, the English Premier League side’s chief financial officer said that last summer’s Brexit vote, which led to a sharp drop in sterling against the euro, had complicated the transfers of big-name players.
“It was a bit difficult last year when we were trying to make signings and you had players questioning the value of being paid in sterling,” he said.
“A lot of European players will want to be paid in euros, understandably to a degree. But we are a sterling company . . . [and]managing that is quite tricky.”

That kind of stuff is the future, though that's a very clunky solution from Nintendo. We're going to see more and more reliance on smart devices for using game platform social networks.
A lot of people in the UX industry see convergence with stuff like Facebook messenger/Google Hangouts and all manner of services geared toward combining devices and networks as the way forward.

That looks bloody convoluted, but like you say, smart devices and all that. VR will be the last straw and then the idea of sitting in front of your TV for gaming will be well and truly dead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's weird to think that Ronaldo is 32 years old. I can't believe he's still so good. I expected him to decline sharply after 30 but he's still quite the player. Dat professionalism.

Fucker just keeps himself in silly shape innit.
By Laboured Go To PostI'd rather we buy CMs for our 4-3-3 formation. Plus a big, sexy striker whose name isn't Morata. Why don't you like Morata? I'm asking because I don't really know what to think about him.

Congrats!
Idk, I might be overly harsh on him but he's only played like 44 games in 4 years (or so I read).
Also, when I watch him I'm very rarely impressed with anything he does. He's one of those no thrills kind of strikers who slots them in just fine but not much else. And for the prices quoted I'd want more than that.

Yet you're happy with Lukaku?
So if we sign Salah and it's Firmino up front with Mané and Salah beside him, who are we looking at as a midfield 3?
If we end up signing pipe-dream Naby Keita, then that means players who Klopp really rates are going to be rotated heavily next season. Lallana, Naby, Hendo, Coutinho, Gini and Can are all going to have to share 3 positions (with Coutinho occasionally playing on the left aside Firmino).
Solanke, Origi and Sturridge (if we keep him) will be rotated in the front three.
I would be fairly pleased with that, I don't think we need a rebuilding job this summer, just a building one. If we manage to keep 2/3 of Mané, Firmino and Salah fit I think we can take a step up from this season.
Of course this also assumes Salah rumors are true. It's entirely possible it's all bullshit.

By Kidjr Go To PostYet you're happy with Lukaku?
Yes because he is substantially better and so is his record. He has scored at a rate of 1 in 2 over 5 season in the EPL and he's also a very good target man.

So imagine Totti. There was never any decline.
Only a bald cunt who refused to play him.
And if you want to argue that there was a decline, then just think he still got Roma CL qualification with hisnpwrformances last season.

Oh offside

it was reduced to 1 transfer window since it was only 2 players. atletico madrid signed 60+ players.

Third goal of the competition, one was a penalty. Seems to get into the box well, but his overall game is nowhere near Berardi at the same age. I do like that he travks back and seems the type of player Allegri will like.
Will be interesting to see what Juve will do with him. I expect anloan spell at another Serie A club.
Miami FC vs. MLS team Orlando City in Orlando in the US Open Cup(Think FA cup)in a couple of weeks. I want to win so badly. I think Nesta can do this.

Will he be an Allegri or a Conte.
I personally think Spurs are very very lucky that Kane has his heart set on being Mr Tottenham. He's been consistently the best No 9 in the PL since Suarez left and is only getting better, more ruthless and more clinical. And English on top of all that.
That the best striker in the league isn't playing for Man Utd or Chelsea in this era is crazy. I was certain after his breakout season that Utd were gonna prize him away with a 60m bid, it just seemed too obvious not to happen.

Lukaku is a weird one though, he never impresses me and is straight up annoying at times with his attitude and wooden feet, but he has the stats certainly.
