Well Simon Stone said the same thing Ducker did too.
Does make sense, with Chelsea in for Lukaku, Milan for Morata and I'm sure there's some interested clubs for Belotti. Focusing on getting a no.10 could mean we miss out on our no.9 target.
Not sure if anyone is interested in Grease atm so he can wait.

I find it hard to believe we're switching from Griezmann due to Ibra's injury. He was only ever a short term solution and all the press briefings until now have focused on United signing a striker AND Griezmann.
By rossonero Go To Post£43m for Salah is crazy. He is worth £20m at most, maybe not even that.I know it's overpriced, but 15 goals and 11 assists in the serie A is impressive though. That's more than, say, Dybala had this season.
I do like that teams seem sleeping on Deulofeu, hopefully Barca will let us have him for €20m.
By batong Go To PostI know it's overpriced, but 15 goals and 11 assists in the series A is impressive though. That's more than, say, Dybala had this season.
Dybala improves the overall play of a team, Salah doesn't.
By Laboured Go To PostRecord say we're signing Lindelof. Still don't believe it.If the Portuguese source isn't O Jogo, Diario de Noticias or Jornal de Noticias, don't bother posting as it is almost certainly a lie.
By Laboured Go To PostWow, so Di Marzio was right.Trust no one in the summer, especially not those who have clearly been briefed. I still think it's on, the club is just on a wind-up. Woodward loves to build media attention for the high-profile transfers.
By Cleff Go To PostI find it hard to believe we're switching from Griezmann due to Ibra's injury. He was only ever a short term solution and all the press briefings until now have focused on United signing a striker AND Griezmann. It's probably just a little change in priorities that's all. Like Horse I'm confident we can get both.
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostSalah is a fantastic player, unfortunately he is far too inconsistent in front of goal.Yeah, he is and his decision making at times is suspect. I've facepalmed more than once.
By OneTwoTee Go To Post£43m is waaaaay too much for Salah. Do not want.Barca have some clause in his contract and seems that they'll use it this summer. Something about being able to buy him back for €18m I believe.
Didn't Deulofeu sign for Everton permanently? There the ones you're going to be dealing with rossonero m8.
By Laboured Go To PostRecord say we're signing Lindelof. Still don't believe it.Benfica players and Man Utd. Yeah, that one always ends up being true.
By batong Go To PostI know it's overpriced, but 15 goals and 11 assists in the series A is impressive though. That's more than, say, Dybala had this season.Damn, his season was that good? I had no idea really. Just checked and he has scored and/or assisted against Napoli, Milan, Lazio, Juventus, Lyon and Villareal in EL. Maybe his composure is really getting better. Ok so he is worth £20m at least then.
By Andrew Go To PostIt's June 1st and it's raining and cold in Belfast.Same here in the Azores. Arrived at work absolutely soaked.
This is why I am Brexiting.
By Kidjr Go To PostFrom what I've seen Salah reminds me of Walcott.I know it's expensive to have a £43 million bench player for Mane, but that's what he is really (imo). Speed out speed in innit.
If this Griezmann business is true we dont have any sexy transfers lined up, which is a shame. No-one else we have been linked to is really a fancy or flair player, just functional.
By Cleff Go To PostI find it hard to believe we're switching from Griezmann due to Ibra's injury. He was only ever a short term solution and all the press briefings until now have focused on United signing a striker AND Griezmann. The deal should be pretty straightforward. Pay the full amount.
Entirely possible AM don't want to sell Griez without a suitable replacement ready, now they have to wait till Jan 2018. Surprised AM didn't buy a replacement while they were appealing.
Although it's a weird briefing acting like the club just found Ibra in a heap somewhere. He's been injured since April and it was obvious he wouldn't be back in time for next season.
Would love a saga free summer for once. 💀
Would love Morata though, but Lukaku could happen as well, even though the fee being rumoured is ridiculous.
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostIf this Griezmann business is true we dont have any sexy transfers lined up, which is a shame. No-one else we have been linked to is really a fancy or flair player, just functional.I'm having nightmares about a Lukaku, Perisic, Matic, and Keane summer. Would be an unbelievably poor money to finesse and flair ratio.

Why did we ever expect anything more
Why did we hope
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostItalia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1Apparently Milan owns Pessina. Lets see if he is any good.

I think getting Lukaku is a stretch
Cola's right. Outside of Messi and Ronaldo Griezmann is as good a forward there is. He can provide that goal or assist out of nowhere that we've been lacking since the last days of SAF. Matic and Perisic would've there to make Griezmann's job as easy as possible.
We'll spend a fuckload this summer because we have to. But I imagine we'll change priorities and sign players to suit whatever CF we get. All this could be a massive overreaction and we could still sign Griezmann this summer but w/e.

Ah well, guess we shall see how it goes.
By Officer_lool Go To PostI say we go all out for Kane. Offer Levy 150million brexits.Cola wants flair, you give him flair and fuck off away from Kane
By rossonero Go To PostApparently Milan owns Pessina. Lets see if he is any good.
Shame Plizarri isn't first choice. Not a fan of the two games I watched of Zaccagno
Kane would be fine if there was flair behind him but I dont want Kane in isolation, hes a fine player but he is not an exciting one.
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostShame Plizarri isn't first choice. Not a fan of the two games I watched of ZaccagnoWould've liked to see Plizzari indeed. I see Vido is on the bench too.
Is it always this low quality football in these tournaments? And why is there a U20 tournament when there is U21 as well? Weird.
By Pennywise Go To PostSo glad Tuchel is gone.
What a disgusting piece of shit he is.
Whats he done
And fuck off with this flair nonsense. Flair does not guarantee goals and we are desperate for goals. Spurs have 0 flair in their team yet they score a ton of goals.

The standards of some of the matches are awful.
This is the highest level of FIFA youth tournaments because I think the qualifying is from the under 19 competitions. A 21 world cup would mean the bar is raised to a under 22 competition. At least, that is my understanding.

Thank you, flair is a buzz word with nothing behind it.
By n8 dogg Go To PostWhats he doneApart from all those disgusting shit he pulled off during the season (have you read what I summarized days ago ?), he's know trying to stir shit via certain press outlets.
By rossonero Go To PostWould've liked to see Plizzari indeed. I see Vido is on the bench too. There's only U17, U20, and regular world cups, but as for why they have the ages set a year lower than every other youth tournament I have no idea.

Goal! Pessina cross, Orsolini goal.
It hurts

But imagine how much it hurts Grizou
I cant answer the phone today
I can't even look at people on the phone

I liked that celebration. Knighting him as the future right winger for Juve. Sorry Cuadrado.
And Berardi.
And Berardi.
By batong Go To PostI know it's expensive to have a £43 million bench player for Mane, but that's what he is really (imo). Speed out speed in innit.I expect the plan would be for Salah to take Coutinho's position - or rather, for him to take Mané's position since he plays on the right, and Mané to take Coutinho's position - and Coutinho's to displace Lallana.
That would be harsh on Lallana but then there would probably also be a lot more rotation
