You are greatly underestimating the general public's understanding of geography.
By reilo Go To PostAre we talking about America or the world as a whole?

By s y 2.0 Go To PostWhole world. I'm talking about not knowing the difference between GB and England.
I was talking about America. We are very "nobody else matters but us". Rest of the world, except for like 3rd world countries where people have to worry about living on a day to day basis, I feel like would know that.
But good luck in America lul
I don't know. Even in the Caribbean where the courses are similiar to English courses and exams, I know most people don't know the difference between GB and England.

In case you're wondering
If GB and Britain were the same there would be no reason for the distinction.

Celsius for temp sucks. There's too much variation between degrees. For things like weight, height etc the multiples of 10 makes a ton of sense.
Is the translucency of skin what allows light to shine bright?
Is it the reflectiveness?
What the fuck

Getting older is realizing that some people never grow out of getting highschool/college variety smashed and making complete asses of themselves. They aren't in my social circle but I run into them in the wild sometimes.

Fahrenheit just sucks. I've been forced to learn (or how to convert) it due to being an avid cook, and that makes me feel great shame.

Like when i'm with University Friends, it's ONLY university friends. Not creating huge walls ... just how it tends to be.
….wow, really? you haven't met ANYONE else?
But ... i have many circles.

You should be targeting 7 to 9 hours, more than double on the low end and nearly double on the high end what you are doing now.
Thanks. I don't think I can do 9 but I'll try to get an hour or 2 more. I don't know how else I can get stuff done after working without going to bed at 2 or 3.
I could have sworn I heard on NPR that 5 was okay.

By reilo Go To PostDefine "get stuff done"Study art. If I get started at 8:30 which is around the time I get home. I need 2 or 3 hours to do a study then another 3+ to apply what I've attempted to learn.
I mean it is what it is until I get more comfortable.

i'd say 'try and put a fixed time on indefinite stuff like that' but its complete hypocrisy coming from me. 5 hours is BAD though. 6 is circumstantial but pushing it. 7 is the sweet spot. 8 is elite. 9 is drug induced.
when you're at 5 regularly, you're burning yourself out - and you don't simply crash a week or two later and get those hours back either. body and brain is all out of balance and you tear both down
By s y 2.0 Go To PostI'm pretty sure 5hrs a night is the ntl average for adults reilo calm down. The recommended is 8 - 10. Pretty sure the general average is 7 - 8.
(I too, get about 5, but i'm by far the odd one out).

And yeah, I get it. That's basically how I built this site, all in off-hours and 2-3am coding sessions on work nights :\ It definitely wasn't sustainable.
By reilo Go To PostWhat do you do before 8:30?Work 8:30 to 6. About an hour to get home. Get home and find something to eat/fuck around until 8:30.
I mean, I know getting only 3 hours is bad, I can feel that but I always thought 5 hours was decent. I thought 7-10 was for kids.
I get like 8-9 on weekends though.
By s y 2.0 Go To PostWork 8:30 to 6. About an hour to get home. Get home and find something to eat/fuck around until 8:30.Anything under 7, and for most, the brain just doesn't have enough down time. The rest of your body enough recovery time.
