bugs are every headshot doing extra damage. this thing shoots all the way across shores of time to hit a guy in the chest and shoot around the wall he tries to hide behind while still applying full burn and growing AoE

As someone who played a ton of vanilla Diablo 3, it can take a while for a dev to catch their stride with balance changes and systemic overhauls. Then again, Bungie isn't Blizzard. I hope that all this outrage and concern among the Destiny hardcore leads to some solid changes because overall, the game play loop has been really solid.

one is public events and chests ANY planet, not just mercury thank god. you can hop on a flashpoint planet and get through it easier (and the chest 'glitch' applies to it lolz)
one is crucible, strikes, heroic adventures
and the other is nightfalls, trials, and heroic strikes - i've only run about 5 or 6 heroic strikes and hit the max limit of 3 in your inventory pretty easily
odd that the one regarding chests and public events is the hardest

If there’s one thing that Destiny players love, it’s being locked out of content until they pay money. Curse of Osiris is happy to deliver, gating off many of Destiny 2's high-level activities to anyone who hasn’t bought the new expansion.
Curse of Osiris, which came out Tuesday, raises the caps on Destiny 2character and Power levels. It also raises the requirements for endgame activities across the board, like the raid and Nightfall strike. Whereas in vanilla Destiny 2 the tougher, Prestige versions of both the raid and Nightfall asked you to have a minimum Power level of 300, they now want you to be 330.
The problem here is that if you don’t have Curse of Osiris, you’re capped at 305 Power, and you can’t actually enter those activities until you buy the expansion

You shouldn't be surprised laboured. bungie has been a shit-tier dev since the last few years of halo 3, when they started gating off vanilla game modes to push DLC maps. Haven't given them a penny since. Only fucking MUGS would defend the shit they're pulling with D2.
Wormhaven is the best Destiny map ever made. And you can tell both it and Pacifica have more arena style mentality to it. The difference is so stark that I wonder if they got someone new to design them.

You can't have a loot based shooter where nobody on the fucking dev team knows what's driving things both in PVE and PVP in regards to the loot pool.You can't offer something like Positive Outlook at the beginning of your expansion for free and then have people grind for hours to get a trash high impact scout rifle. It can't happen.

i'm just not ready to call an AR a game changer. warlock synergy has always been a thing but most warlocks suck
There are some things where on paper or in elite hands are insane but if you're playing regular ass folks it's a nonstarter what's exceptional and whether someone has the skillset to even utilize the fucking thing.
