I wish Legion's Gulch was gone. Don't care what others say the airlifts are dumb and so much of that map goes unused. It's ridiculous.

They fixed SO much about PVE and especially the story but completely botched PVP.

Nah even PVE is shit. No strike related gear. No bonus continuation rep/xp. No ability to queue up for Strikes outside of MM whether solo or just with a partner. No Prison of Elders. Like what in fuck.

I can't roll with streamers but you can basically wreck folks with a controller on pc easy. Unfortunately they don't have mouse and analog stick support yet.

i know i'm annoying as fuck on the mic at times when I see a fight and let everyone know that i'm noping out

its wild because i'm still REALLY aggressive in destiny, but there's all sorts of situations where you can tell with a single glance that you have no chance of winning the fight. I'll take a whole lap around a map before I engage in the open.

and yes. i don't get why people peek using their whole fucking body 3 meters deep into a hallway. then have the nerve to exclaim "how did i die?"

I think it’s a shame that by now we don’t have 4 classes with 4 subclasses. Diversity in weapons and characters might eliminate a lot of issues. Or maybe cause more and they’ll really won’t know how to balance the game at that point.

Definitely need more than four maps, they’re trash.

Bruh when I get out MIDA'd or some hunter just rolls up with a handcannon or a lock just blinks me hard. I can't even get mad. Had to legit explain to people unless you're capping a zone stay the fuck off it and just pick people off who run onto it thinking no one is there.

Also b on legions gulch is the dumbest shit. Just run between A and C. Plus if you get the other teams cap zone or whatever you get power play and you're better off. I think emperor's respite is the one I literally went like 20 kda on once because the other team just kept coming through the door with the abyss gap. I was just chillin' on the stairs repeatedly picking dudes off. I even ran out of primary. The game was just punishing me for not dying. Was awesome.

Just hit 305 on my Titan, but my Warlock's in the 304 limbo. I've almost gotten all the optimacy armor for them, though, which is all I care about at this point. Still haven't bought any silver, but hot damn, I'm tempted.

On an unrelated note, what power weapons do you guys find work the best in crucible? I seem to get wrecked when I use a sword, but other people dominate.

the sword is all about third person cheese, committing to speed with a strong map awareness in general, and having the right sword for the job. know your swings well too - running up and spamming the swing is not the way to do it. if you're swinging more than once you goofed. also different swords have different swings, and some of those have different tracking properties as well. the special swing for quickfang for example will give you a small 'lunge' but its enemy tracking is awful

you just gotta feel it out. its a flankers dream weapon. so if you're ever locking eyes with someone and running straight at them, you better have a juke up your sleeve at the very least. with a sword, people should almost never see you.

i've kinda started sniping again tbh

people are really determined to have scout rifle shootouts but like... okay lol. you add a sniper rifle to the mix and you don't even need to head hunt to change every engagement you come across

I had to explain to a friend just how important headshots are in Destiny, like this isn't Halo pepper body blows then finish off with a headshot. You need all them bullets on the dome especially with how quick people can duck out when using a scout at long range.

yeah you can't even use certain weapons in this game if you're not proficient with headshots and movement

well, the thing with d2 is that is that all of the lane shenanigans are exactly the same as d1 except without the abilities, blinks, grenade range, etc - so you can almost guarantee that people will be bunched up on corners with their head in the most predictable spots ever. on top of that, because radar is significantly stronger (along maps being bigger and player count lower) you can assume with certainty that people are exactly where the radar tells you. unless there's a nightstalker in the game, you never have to second guess your hud

that's the thing no one ever talks about regarding d1/d2 - when you had to guess before, you never have to again now. in d1, people would be do everything possible to keep from coming around a corner at head level. now? they're too damned scared to do anything except that because of the fear of being teamshot. people always come around at head level now to because abilities are too expensive and they need to get back behind walls so they can't afford to slide either

d1 and d2 have different types of honesty and commitment. its all about exploiting them now. people are begging to get sniped these days. rifts? transparent walls you can see through? they're asking for it

i'm not even a good sniper but fortunately darci shoots for me lol. and with a 7 round clip i can treat it like a scout rifle too

but regarding swords - treat it like pubg. absolutely abuse third person every chance you get. there's no reason sprint around a corner you didn't examine from a meter away first

Didn't do so hot in trials but our last do or die game was against Trials lifers (numerous flawless). I can probably stop giving a fuck about Trials again even tho I'll do it for my friends. It's just I dunno.

Also uh game really fucks you over if you just wanna pal around with primary and fuck kids up. After a while it just wont give you ammo. Like man fuck me for not dying ok.
