Really would like to get the Rat King done while the Nightfall is the Pyramidion though, it seems simple but my team and I were just struggling to execute. Been picking up the timesaving spots as we've gone.
1: Jump past the enemies on the cascading platforms
2: Run past all enemies as soon as warp gates open
3: Run into the laser tunnel asap, but be wary of the Taken Phalanx hiding inside
4: Take your time on the moving laser tunnel, as dying there pushes you all the way back to the entrance
5: Draw enemy attention so people have enough time to deploy their ghosts
6: Adds-clearing supers are necessary in the final stage
Number 6 is where we kept losing the time, the adds become so numerous and dangerous that you really can't ignore them and focus on damaging the boss. Otherwise you just keep dying, and dying again immediately after being revived, and you don't have time to wait to respawn. I'm thinking you need at least 2 people clearing the adds. Probably worth sacrificing those 30 seconds to give the team a free run at getting the boss down from 33% to zero
Silly deaths along the way as well were causing us to go into the boss room with 9:30 left, when we could probably have gone in with an extra minute or so if we weren't rushing so much and getting careless

There's a trick to it though. The 4 pillars need to be activated in order to proceed and I think there's a boss type enemy waiting there for you once you the last one. Honestly a single nightstalker can hit all of them if you spec right. Its just not getting caught up in the attrition there.
For the boss, reilo actually managed to stunlock it with a pole dancer super - it didn't even get off the second platform.

Personally, I just wished they would stop holding back. As great as D2 is, there is definitely a restrained feeling to it. Like there is more to it than they are letting on or that it was diluted in some way.

Thought the whole point of trials and IB was for no lifers, no offense to anyone, gotta keep people happy somehow. Are there far too many playlists as usual or what? I haven't looked into Destiny much at all. Just been wanting to play. I barely read up on games anymore.
There's only a few gametypes, not that they're bad or anything (supremacy just doesn't work with how D2 plays compared to D1)
I think its clash, control, survival (goat), plantbomb, supremacy - but there's issues in the playlist
like... you can't just have "quickplay" and "competitive" without differentiating them beyond the game types. if its competitive, there's gotta be some incentive for all players to go hard. as is, they're the same lol
if anything the game needs more playlists. hell, destiny 2 is begging for free for all and 2 v 2 (and 2 v 2 v 2 v 2)

I'm pretty happy that they understand that the token system doesn't work for everything. I'm also sure that the next IB will most likely be level based, given the original outcry. It should be anyways, to differentiate it to normal crucible more.

It really sucks how they screwed the hardcore fans, I have over 200 hours currently (yes yes I know that’s a lot), 3 maxed chars and almost all exotics so I have nothing to do currently, destiny 2 acts as a screensaver with me being in orbit, same thing goes for my clan members, really sad.
