Fucking A, 2 people today jumped into my Nom Nom game after i went from 0% to 100% and right before the day ends and I complete the level they join and it resets it back to 95%. I get the final 5% and (I assume) they get credited for the entire level completion without doing anything.
On the other hand i'm getting waaaay better at the game and working around the levels to make my production work decently. Have had it for 7 days and put maybe 20ish hours into it

Actually no, they don't get anything (which is not the spec we wanted, but politics) so you can feel slightly vindicated. We had problems settling on a way to make being the client rewarding without it being easily exploited to avoid frequency of situations like what you described, but never hit on the sweet spot.

Nothing happens in the open world of Assassin's Creed. You can't have fun with any of the pedestrians or police equivalent. You don't have the weapons or transport to make your own fun, obviously. All you can do with it is run through it, or over it.
I'm surprised they've managed to make 2 full good games out of the AC format in hindsight. Its completely dull when I look at what is actually on offer. Bad combat, a world with nothing to do in it, recycled missions, bad stealth, 99% automatic platforming.

it has to be ips? I dunno if there is a monitor that meets those plus 1080p.
Honestly 1080p at 27" is probably not the best idea to use as a monitor. The pixels will be too large and noticeable. If you're looking at that size you'd he better off with 2560x1440 tbh

Let me say Destiny is taking up all of my free time as it stands. Thinking of getting the Witcher 3, but never played the other 2. I just want No Man's Sky to come out (or I can just wait to move in August so I can set my gaming rig back up and stick to my 4X strategy games).

And the day switch over is a hard sync of everyone to a single sync state. That would prevent my rubber banding for what's on my screen at day change as long as i'm not on the same screen as the other person/peole? But what do i know.

Witcher 1 was shit. Went back and played through TW2 and loved it, easily one of my favorite RPGs ever. I beat the game in 2 days and I normally take forever to beat a single player game. (It took me 2 months to beat Guacamelee)
but I can see why people don't like Witcher 3 that much. Even as a fan of open world games, Witcher 3 just doesn't do anything for me. I preferred the more linear experience in Witcher 2, and thought sidequests were handled better.

DA:I is weird for me. I absolutely loved my first run through the game and hit just about everything there is to hit.
But its the only Bioware RPG that I've played that I've been unable to make a 2nd playthrough of. Just couldn't bring myself to. The multiplayer had a couple BIG issues too that just made it hard to play as well.

The pack has:
1 assault
5 history mode missions (shite missions btw)
3 crucible maps
1 new crucible mode
Prison of Elders (which is just a horde mode)
20 obamas. This is so fucking overpriced. So much little content AGAIN. Not even a new Raid. This DLC manages to be worst then Dark Below.
I'm never giving my money to Bungie again. Stopped playing Destiny on january, played again for two days and it goes back to retirement.
Only bought the digital guardian edition because of the free download on nextgen consoles. Never again.

DA:I inquisition was complete fucking trash leaking meaningless busy-work yeast-infected quests out of it's rancid blue cunt.
I was so excited to see what Bungie were made of, having never been able to justify buying an Xbox so missing out on Halo.
First impressions: Gameplay (in control terms) and UI guys are doing incredible work. Graphical guys are okay, maybe great if it wasn't cross-gen. Good artists, not as good as I expected. Incompetent goons everywhere else.
Bear in mind that I never notice a game's score.
Shadow of Mordor and DA:I are 7 an 6/10 respectively. Genuinely curious how they'd have been received if they came out in a year of good releases, rather than massively underwhelming ones.

crota is a turd of a raid and PoE is actually fun. the story is ACTUALLY story this time around and probably some of the best missions of the game. the strike is easily the best. the new weapon and armor upgrade paths make it easier than ever to level + you can re-roll weapons now too.

Project CARS looks and sounds insane. I set up a quick race with the worst conditions to push my system-- Silverstone, 32 Mclaren P1s, thunderstorm. Ultra settings with AA at DS4X (downsampling 4x) playing at 2560x1600. Captured it with ShadowPlay:

2 and 3 have VASTLY improved combat mechanics but they're in very different directions tbh. i like each game for different reasons tho.
glad you enjoyed it though. if you really liked theme, check out the concept art. pure piffery. the story is all over the place as the game goes on (tbh, it never really made sense in the first one if you bothered to check the timelines) but it still has its high points here and there.
