Gothic or Risen, good series?Risen has been complete shit after the first one. I wouldn't say that the third entry is playable with how broken the combat is.

Haha, you did it. And yep, I've been saying the system has bugger all since I got it. If you're someone like me who doesn't care about 90% of Western AAA it's a ghost town. Ground Zeroes is like the best thing, though I can only recommend it if you can get it cheap. Gotta like that controller though.

I don't get why people are so infatuated with this game. It's just Defender with extra sparkles. I don't even think it's half as good a classic shooter update as say, Galaga Legions DX on PS3. I always compare it to Nano Assault Neo because they were both downloadable graphics showcase launch twin stick shooters, but I thought that was so much more interesting in just about every department.
Warframe is actually good now, if that's worth mentioning. Transistor, ironically, is still my GoTY up to this point.

What they did to Samus from Melee to Brawl to make ZSS popular was a damn shame.

Bastion is one of my Games of the Generation. I can't wait to get Transistor (on sale, OFC).

from e3, sakurai said from initial testing samus was the strongest. guessing they balanced that out for the final build, so enjoy. also seeing shulk made me so happy after initially just praying for a release of xenoblade to come to NA. it's an excellent rpg.
seeing that mario kart 8 DLC (which looks great btw) i cant see how they would pass up the opportunity for DLC in smash. i dont expect snake to get in though.

PS4 has been useless to me since I got it in February. I can play indies on PC and the exclusives have either been mediocre at best or will be stuff I don't care about (DriveClub/LBP).

so let me get this straight, they are giving snipe 3, a tower that already has the advantage of a power weapon, the ability to casually shoot down a pillar to drop on top of BR3
the fuck? definitely just not into the anniversary gameplay and maps at all
that 60fps is unreal though

I like plenty of indies just fine, but nobody anywhere bought any system for shit that every laptop in the world already runs. Yes, a lot of it is best on Vita. the thing is, everything that comes out on both systems ends up being better for me on the ps4 because of the controller for one and the lack of the asinine UI from the bone
the mcc might bring me back around but that's about it. xbox gold soured me on microsoft over the past few years and its going to take a string of improvements for me to get back into bed with them

To be fair, can you imagine the rage if they had spent the past 6 months offering retail games? It would either be things that everybody already bought or that suck. I already got kinda cheesed when they offered Strider before I'd even got past the third area.

Track down a spoiler-free endings FAQ and keep going. You haven't beaten anything, trust me. Every ending is part of...something.

I liked Risen 2, yes the combat is broken as fuck but the world is pretty cool (I like pirates). Risen 3 is meant to be more like the original and has some good reviews. Haven't tried it because lol $50. Will get it for $10 later.

Man, these Steam cards are awesome. I paid $15 for Ass Creed Unity and $20 for Beyond Earth. Have about 95 games to go so another $30 or so. Trying to decide between NBA2k15, CoDAdvanced Warfare, or Far Cry 4.

I always finish CoD campaigns (it's a guilty pleasure of mine) and now that NBA2k15 seems to be getting the full treatment of consoles, I'm definitely interested in that one too. Ass Creed Unity will be completed as well since I love those games (well, apart from 3 which was terrible).

Looks like they were doing everything they could on paper to weaken the library setup, but there will be unintended consequences.
Funny thing is 343 tries hard. They have pros consulting them. But I was listening to the stream last night and gh057ayame was talking like he'd completely forgotten what competitive play is about. He was lauding Team Snipers and everything.
