So much faux-concern for Northern Ireland's past lately. Opening wounds while we have no government and the Agreement looking as wobbly as it's ever been.

Babel is a top lad
He really should have gone to a different club. Good performances were never rewarded with starts for us, and poor ones seemed to be punished with long spells on the bench. Similar to Coates imo. Not like they had brilliant players keeping them out of the team either. Babel didn't have the greatest game intelligence, but it didn't matter much when he was up for it.
Not sure why people bother saying 'highest paid player in their history' any more. Wages are only going up regardless of how good players are compared to those from even 2 years ago. Coutinho probably gets paid more than Gerrard ever did.

By Perfect Blue Go To PostLOL £48m to £52m for Perisic is jokes.Using the club to fund the Hamez deal.
Brozovic is better
Disgusting. Hopefully they liquidate.
By Perfect Blue Go To Post10 attempts, not once nice kit.
Goodbye, Adidas.
Bottom middle is my favourite. That 2014/15 season in general was lovely.
He wasn't asleep this time, huh?
Time to walk away.

Inter merda. Time to leave the table Woodward.
Time to walk away.
By Hitch Go To PostWe signed the Bosnian Vinicius yesterday"Thank god for everything" is my rough translation.
Would rather Sanchez go for free next year if he isn't staying. Too important to our team. We'd struggle to find a replacement as good as him imo.
Also Ozil too, I suppose, although he's more of a luxury player.

Wenger knows if we sell Sanchez we either need to replace him with someone of similar quality or we have no chance of top 4.
If Sanchez refuses to sign I would just let him walk for free next year. If we are going to lose him we need to be back in the CL to have a chance of getting anyone of a similar level.
Also, if he truly believes we can win next year with a couple of additions it doesn't make sense to sell.

I dont want a year of "If I had signed my targets we wouldnt be in this position" rhetoric, there was some of that at Chelsea, no excuses next year pls
Forgot Arsenal signed Kolisinac. Look forward to him being injured for half of the next season.
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostI wonder if Perisic is part of list A or B?At this stage in the window, A, surely.
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostAll I know about Renato sanches is i got his ones to watch card in fifa all year and he didnt get one informAn inform Sanches card sounds frightening tbh

By Bold 2 in One Go To PostCant remember the last time we got a good dealId argue Bailly could be personally, if he stays with us long term, great CBs are incredibly hard to come by, especially young ones, if he stayed long haul hed be as good a deal as Ferdinand.
By Bold 2 in One Go To PostCant remember the last time we got a good dealBailly is love
Bailly is life
Bailly is not a good deal?
Miki is a soft lad (seems you like those btw) but he was only ~£26m. Hardly mugged off even if he was in his last year.

By JesalR Go To PostWow this is the best looking kit for next year so far, ouf.
Rumoured Spurs away. Template, but pretty.
Our third is meant to be a purple camo kit 😬
Congrats on the league scum.
26m for last seasons Mkhi is about right, wouldnt call it a steal, if he maintained his better moments it would be but his inconsistency and general ghost like appearances in games was disappointing. However I will say, he really does seem like a Mata type wherein if we have better players around him, I can certainly see his potential, but that sort of makes them a luxury player.
By Bold 2 in One Go To PostCant remember the last time we got a good dealIbrahimovic?
By Perfect Blue Go To PostIbrahimovic? He only had one season left in him and died 1/2 way through... plus his wages are astronomical.

Probably dreaming of totti
But that was a really great write up
You already know my thoughts on totti so i wont go into a 3 hour typing spree to tell you haha.
You and totti are both legends <3
Coming from you, the Maradona around these parts, this means everything to me :)))
Can't wait for Shanks to write his erotic fan fiction of Totti. We can finally have the football equivalent of 50 Shades Of Grey.
By Vivalapizza Go To PostWhy haven't we signed Michael Keane yet. Surely that's just a case of wiring Burnley £25m.Probably sent him some papers to sign, but being on holiday with Lingard allows no time for these things. #1stStudentAtDabUniversity
By Grizzled Cola Go To Postwonder if Keane is first choice with Bailly nowConsidering his price tag is £25 million, I bloody well hope so.
Personally would sign a more experienced centre back to go along with him. Lindelöf is two years younger but has played in the CL over the past couple of seasons (and on a higher level in general).
Replace Jones/Smalling with one fell swoop.

We got that years ago. Wooden even did the audio book.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostIbrahimovic?Which brings up the discussion of wages. It's hard to judge who is a good deal or not if you don't know how much they're making. The fee is only half the expense

It'll be one of those sexy Bonnie and Clyde type stories where Totti and Allegri craft a plot to get Wenger killed and take over as Arsenal's managerial team. But with lots of fucking in between.
Ibra is definitely one of the reasons you got as far as you did this season. You'll sorely miss him whatever happens.
By Esch Go To PostIbra is definitely one of the reasons you got as far as you did this season. You'll sorely miss him whatever happens.Yep. We have to replace his 30 goals...and then add like 30 more.
Clear why we need to sign two forwards when you think of it that way.
