Totti, lads - I'll genuinely miss him.
And a shit conclusion to the season.
My only solace is that Mertens scored four more than the man he replaced.

Let's say Costa is staying put, and Chelsea are still interested in signing Lukaku - does that mean they're planning on playing them both up top together?
God... Imagine that sandwich.
Hoping the fact Raiola is his agent can sway him in our direction.

It's Koeman hating United and Mou.
If Man Utd offer the most money for Lukaku and Koeman tells Moshiri he won't sell to Mourinho, Koeman will be out on his arse within 2 days.
By Hitch Go To PostIf Man Utd offer £90m for Lukaku and Koeman tells Moshiri he doesn't want to sell to Mourinho, Koeman will be out on his arse within 2 days.Yes, but I dont think Lukaku will be sold for that stupid amount.
By cremino Go To PostRecord points for both Roma and NapoliIf we hadn't floundered for a month and a half following Milik's injury, what could've been? Oh, well.
Get some solid defenders this summer, and try again next season.

If Perisic is 45m then Lukaku is at least 120m
By Auto Simeone Go To PostEPL taxyes, even with EPL tax.

I mean, I really like Lukaku, I think he's underrated in a sense but United wont go more than 80 million for him.
Totti's always been my favourite non-United player. Remember playing with him endlessly on FIFA 2003 or 4 or something. Signed him for West Brom on FM2009 and he scored the pen to get us to sixth place. Remember arguing with my mate that he's a better cult hero than John Terry back when i was in like, year 9. That's around ten years ago, fuckin hell.
Absolute top player. Deserved more.

Recently it seems that if the manager wants the player, United are willing to pay whatever it takes.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostPlayers like Totti are a dying breed. Massive respect to him.Yep
Think the days are gone of top players staying at clubs that can't offer the success their ability deserves. There will always be Carraghers and Xavis, as examples of both ends of the scale, but not sure we'll see another Totti or Gerrard
(I know Gerrard and Xavi weren't one-club men, but they may as well have been)
By inky Go To Post
He gets more shit from the media than anyone else in the team so that must've felt good.
By Vivalapizza Go To PostWhat makes you think that?Because rumors everywhere say Mou has 200 million to spend right?

I can see us spending big for Griezmann. Not Lukaku for a flat 80++ million. With add ons? Maybe.
Heres hoping we can get the majority done before start of July, to be ready for pre-season, I honestly do not want a saga this summer, let someone else have one for once.
That pass was grest but weird that no one celebrated with Perisic. Just a player patting him in the back.
Guess from the footage ive seen on Perisic so far that I think people generally are not warmign to is that hes not lightning quick, super dribbly, exciting winger that we have had over the years and sorely missed, and might give us an indication that Jose just isnt looking to play that way going forward, that he will likely just build his standard team of very hard working, very strong physical footballers and maximise efficiency over style.
By FlutterPuffs Go To PostRather have a non-pacey winger with actual end product than a speed merchant like Zaha tbhHonestly while he doesnt thrill me im not against it, I have faith that Mou knows what he needs now
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostHonestly while he doesnt thrill me im not against it, I have faith that Mou knows what he needs nowwell yeah, most of us are hoping for galacticos. I get that.
I just really dont mind Perisic. Good enough for the first team, and at 28 we can give him 3 years tops and Martial can be a cover for him while he works to get more up to speed on how Mou wants him to play.
