Got an ambulance ride for broken glasses
Yeah, a guy doing his job got thrown to the ground and was taken to the hospital. What a bitch.

By Phlebas Go To PostYes.

He is likely pressing charges and will need to be evaluated by medical professionals to see if he has any injuries.
But yeah, I am sure he requested a ride to the hospital for his broken glasses.
Chris Hayes just reported he is being evaluated for an elbow and possible rib injuries....and broken glasses.
What a bitch.
What a bitch.
If someone lays hands on me on the job I'm doing the full ordeal and legally fucking him ten ways till Sunday.
Him being a GOP cumstain just makes it sweeter. 💯

Ok
So I'm watching this Ferdinand/Mourinho interview and a few things
- the Old Trafford dressing room is quaint compared to even college team dressing rooms in the US
- I miss Rio being our CB. I never doubted he'd make the right move.
- Jose adores Rashford so much
- it was after that segment that I realized the absurdity of Jose showing Rio around OT.
- I agree with him on the over friendliness in the tunnel. The affairs have mellowed out a lot in the time I've followed the EPL
- I noticed he said he feels that the fans don't like him. That's disappointing.

Worth noting that Ben Jacobs is the reporter who broke news of Gianforte having $250,000 in Russian index funds
Most of the time you're alright Phlebas but I dont know how you can frequently defend such bullshit.
By Xpike Go To PostnoDMC4's combat, art, level design and swag are leagues above Bayonetta.
Bayonetta has a full campaign for starters
Bayonetta had more memorable bosses and more fun combat than DMC4 IMO. I don't care much for Bayonetta's visual design, I think there's too much going on all the time, so that's one area where DMC4 wins handily for me.
By Killer7 Go To PostCadena Ser reporting that spanish authorities are investigating Cristiano Ronaldo for an 8 millions € tax fraud!
If people think he'll get charged with anything they're mad. Uncle Flo will call up his ex Madrid board member, ex CEO, and current prosecutor Marta Silva and get this dropped real quick.
Investigating != Criminal activity
I'd be very surprised if there was any wrong doing, of all the top athletes in the spotlight everyday Ronaldo has kept a pretty clean sheet. No real scandals, no late night drunken nights, no real stupidity - considering his status and all.
What do you think he should be charged with?

Can someone explain why winning a tournament against a Dutch team is supposed to honor the victims of a terrorist attack? It's a nice gesture on the surface but things like this always remind me how cynical I am because my first instinct is that it feels opportunistic and phony to dedicate your win to dead victims who had nothing to do with football.
Donating time and money personally to the families and their efforts to honor the people who died is genuine and positive. If they want to show solidarity with the people of Manchester then that's a different thing, they're comforting people who are more shocked and afraid than anything approaching bereavement.
If I were a family member of the deceased, I wouldn't be comforted by the thought of a team of pampered multi-millionaires lifting a sporting trophy that they pursued in their own interests and then dedicating their win to my teenage daughter. I might think "thank you for caring when it's convenient for you, you can keep your win, I'll keep my grief."

Odd, it's probably not for family members of victims of course.
But I can see it being uplifting for Mancunians in a whole.

Similar to when the Red Sox won the World Series in 2013 after the Boston marathon bombing they dedicated it to the city of Boston.

By Phlebas Go To PostDid I defend his actions? Look at my postMaybe that's the wrong term but someone was assaulted yet you make fun of the victim.
Not to mention the politician really seems like a piece of shit in the first place.
At that point, Gianforte grabbed Jacobs by the neck with both hands and slammed him into the ground behind him. Faith, Keith and I watched in disbelief as Gianforte then began punching the reporter. As Gianforte moved on top of Jacobs, he began yelling something to the effect of, "I'm sick and tired of this!"
From Fox News of all places, lol.

Can't we talk about something sure to inspire reasoned and intelligent dialogue, like how Liverpool finished above Arsenal and Man Utd this year?

How do you feel about your current XI and needed replacements?
First XI is great.
We've got Firmino up top who I think is underrated slightly. He's a big reason why we have goals spread all around the team this year, he brings people into play. He's Benzema-esque.
In terms of other attackers, we need more flair. Sturridge can't be relied upon for a whole season, he'd be a legit partner for Firmino if he could.
As it is we need someone else besides Mané there because we're too thin when he's unavailable or ineffective.
If we played a diamond next year like we finished this season out it'd look like this
Firmino/Origi • New Striker/Mané
Wijnaldum/Lallana
Coutinho/New CM • Can/New CM
Henderson
Milner/New LB • Lovren/New CB • Matip/New CB • Clyne/Alexander-Arnold
Mignolet/Karius
Needs a new CM, a new striker/wide player, a new CB and a new LB. All positions we know Klopp is targeting.
Leipzig's Werner and Keita, Southampton's Van Dijk and Fulham's Sessegnon are the known targets so far.

YES PSY
Yeah, Firminho is definitely underrated. He's more... like a false 9/AMC type than a pure striker which explains his lack of goals.
Still, if Klopp wants to keep this type of play he probably needs capable wingers to replace Couts and Mane when they are injured/gassed

How can you not love him? Dude is almost certifiably insane but loveable and brilliant at football and my favorite and i want to meet him and give him a hug.
Glad Cola is feeling the same way for Pogba as I do :`)
He's great. Last night he went to everyone, celebrated and generally being the happiest dude in the locker room. Always nice to have one of your star players the one who brings everyone together.
