Juuust kidding. I'm kinda on a regimented diet in order to keep track of my macros where I cook 5-6 nights a week basically. Most expensive bit is honestly grabbing lunch but I cut that down to once a week.

8oz or smaller. flat white. Darkest roast you got. No sweetener (seriously, milk is sweet enough).

myfitnesspal is pretty cool if your closely monitoring macros and calorie intake and such. I've dropped 35 pounds of the sympathy weight I gained from my wife's pregnancy.

I need to start working out again though. Eating well is only half the battle.
