BB is fantastic but again, compared to the other Soul games, it lacks content. Lack of different builds is disappointing too. I leveled my first char up to 289 out of pure boredom.Yup

So I managed to beat the Hunter in the Grand Cathedral, then I went to Elieen outside and spoke to her, she gave me a badge and something else, which i've forgotten :lol, then I spoke to her again and she said nothing....so I went back to the Hunter's Dream and then went back to Elieen and she's disappeared :/ Am I fucked? I just want her cool armour and weapons :(

this how they essentially work:
If used in a weapon with only physical damage, it will convert all physical damage into fire damage, then give the listed bonus. The weapon will no longer gain damage from Strength or Skill and will instead scale solely with Arcane
If used in a weapon that already has fire damage, this gemstone will give the listed bonus to fire damage
If used in in conjunction with a gem that gives bolt damage, the Fire Blood Gemstone will overwrite the bolt gemstone's effect
If used in conjunction with a gem that gives arcane damage, the arcane gemstone will overwrite this gemstone's effect
If used on a weapon that naturally has partial arcane or lightning damage, the Fire Blood Gemstone will have no effect
your Tonitrus can be a boss Arcane weapon

Really can't decide whether to upgrade the Tonitrus or Saw Cleaver from here on. Tonitrus does more damage usually and fits with my better gems, but it uses way more stamina per hit and isn't so good against enemies which are strong against Bolt/Blunt damage. It has a more useful transformed mode as well.

You can kill one without being notice if you go around the stairs. Then it's easier two deal with the other two.

Go down the left set of stairs into the jails, kill the wolf thingy there, open the jail cell door, go back and up the other set of stairs. Argo the hunter, run back into the cell and shut the door. You can use the forward roll and attack with the tonitrus to get hits without leaving yourself too open.

I've been pushing forward with the tonitrus, left cleaver at 6, it's strong enough for regular fights. Keeping tonitrus for when I really need it.

I didn't even know they were up there. I just wailed on him with the Blades of Mercy and he'd collapse and let me wail some more.
I think all my stamina runes helped. You can get like a 15 hit combo with those things.

WHAT the fuck... I'm making slow progress due to the time I have to play. Beat the bsb which I found tough but got there. Then what the fuck... I come out cathedral ward and fight those big blue men (one with axe one with ball and chain) but that's a dead end. So I go back to the ward get attacked by this stupidly strong hunter like creature and wake up in some new random location.
I find my bearing kinda and wow are those hunter things hard. It's like a bloody mini boss fight, anyway realised killing the two boars and hunter thing was just to receive some stupid cane. I go back down the stairs find the break in the wall and go to fight that electrical thing.
How on earth am I suppose to beat that lol.
I'm level 35 I think and have levelled up saw clever to the max.
I need a break lol, love the game but it really doesn't get any easier with time lol.

you don't have anything to do in that place for now so just try to get back to the Cathedral ward.
the max level for all weapons is 10 ;) always make sure you have the best Blood Gems equipped on your main weapon at all times, it makes a MASSIVE difference in damage
