I wonder how annoyed Orlando and OKC are that Ibaka has looked not dead in Toronto.
Because he had some major issues prior to Toronto.

By blackace Go To PostBut it is on the Rockets fans not to pretend that their squad is in as poor as shape as the Thunder and James Harden had to do it all himself..I never said this.
By chandlerparsons Go To PostSeeing games 3 and 4 tells me more about coaching than anything else.I've echoed the sentiments of giri. You've come to the conclusion that OKC's squad is poor. My stance is that they're poorly utilised.
Taj Gibson went 10-13 (20 points) in Game 3 playing his most minutes this series in their only win. He has the highest +/- for the Thunder this series, yet his minutes were reduced in Game 4. Roberson was 0-5 from the line coming into Game 4, was inevitably hack-a-shaq'd, but was left on the court to go 2-12.
Gibson is perfectly capable of abusing Houston's frontcourt, Roberson is adept at cutting and Adams is capable of making passes in the post. These were all on display in Game 3, yet what has prevailed this series (as has been the case most of this season) is an overt reliance on Westbrook.
By blackace Go To Postthe selective stat picking was funny thoI specifically listed the stats of the starters. Don't see that being any worse than you making a broad sweeping statement about 'supporting cast' when you were really specifically only talking about the bench.
By IWMTB19 Go To PostTrey Lyles wore a Kobe shirt on the trip back to Staples today.
Time to trade him.
How do you square this with Hayward working with Kobe? Lol
John wall passingly the ball to a ref on a fast break was pretty funny

Didn't they have a similar stat in the semis last year vs the Warriors?
I never said this.
Ok.. There are other Rockets fans in the world...

So 3 of your bench players played way more than your starters... but yeah it is a total broad sweeping statement... gtfo with that noise

Raptors get the credit for Calderon, but it's true about the Knicks. THjr., JR Smith, Shump, Ariza, David Lee...so many guys still out there in the playoffs. They're like the role player factory for the league.

Nope, Isaiah drafted Ariza & promptly declared he was going to be an all star.
Yeah, I thought about taking JR off that list for the same reason I didn't put Zach Randolph on there, but I feel like his body of work in NY really puts that Knicks stamp on his career.

wait so what is the slang that is appropriate to use for a draft being rigged?
since ace say that freeze envelope is no longer a relevant slang?

It's fine, he's just giving you a hard time.
I guess you can make jokes about frozen ping pong balls.

In case you didn't know, they call it the frozen envelope because the way the draft used to work was the commissioner would pull an envelope containing a team name out of a giant tumbler. The Knicks envelope was supposedly put in a freezer before hand so that Stern could tell by touch which one was theirs.
By Kabro Go To Postwho the fuck is normal powell? One of Toronto's better players that rarely gets the playing time he deserves because Casey.
that disrespect dunk.

Does anybody count as a Nugget? Nobody even knows Denver has a team. Literally the only thing I remember from his years there is him stepping over Carmelo's corpse.
By Kibner Go To PostOne of Toronto's better players that rarely gets the playing time he deserves because Casey.
He's a weird player because off the bench he's the #1 or #2 option and plays inconsistently. But when he's in the starting lineup matched up against the opponent's 4th option defender he transforms into Normgod. Casey wasn't going to bench Valanciunas for him in the regular season so Delon Wright ended up passing him in the rotation.
Yeah, use whatever term you like.

Uhh, yeah?
Markieff Morris going 1-1 vs. Millsap doesn't seem like a good idea for the Wizards or Morris.
Millsap is the weird original version of Draymond Green except he is bad at shooting threes and can make any number of ridiculous shots from midrange because of the eras they developed in.

I always think of him as that midrange/ low post guy, not that driving eurostepping guy. I don't even know how many bigs do that move.
That and 1 he just had was like the most legitimate and 1 of the playoffs.
The Wizards' bench is so terrible that it's amazing.

He can't. They have to run an 8-9 man rotation & ride or die with it. It should be enough for most of the East tbf. Gortat needed to do more than he did tonight.
I guess basketball is over for tonight. I'm gonna go play Zelda.
