By DY_nasty Go To Postthe dumbest team i've ever seen in the playoffsBulls playing at 3:30. You might want to take that back soon enough. They will prove you wrong.
By unknown Go To Postdam russ still had a triple doubleStill doesn't matter
By unknown Go To Postdam russ still had a triple doublehad one in the first half
By blackace Go To Postthat should put who has the better cast argument to rest..both these teams are so dumb
both organizations deserve some sort of asterisk or acknowledgment for being this fucking stupid over the course of a series
We're Oklahoma City just unlucky when they drafted Durant, Westbrook and Harden in consecutive years? Meaning, they were up against veteran Spurs and Heat squads at the time and needed to mature together.

That shit was hard to watch, but I'm happy to get out of there with a win. Hope Nene's supporting cast have a better game in Game 5.
By kjack Go To PostOladipo starts getting $21,000,000 next year? Holy fack.OKC had to get in before POR did.

By GQman2121 Go To PostWe're Oklahoma City just unlucky when they drafted Durant, Westbrook and Harden in consecutive years? Meaning, they were up against veteran Spurs and Heat squads at the time and needed to mature together. There's a long list of reasons on how they stuffed it up.
But largely, it resolves around being petty over money.
Young squads take years to grow together. But they should have had a 10 year window constantly open, ala spurs. But stuffed it up.
By domino Go To PostNo they were unlucky with injuries and bad management decisionsthey rode with brooks way too long
By IWMTB19 Go To Postif mike brown cant win he'll be erased from basketball history
Mike Brown has got this probably.
theres never been a more free title in sports history
By DY_nasty Go To Postthey rode with brooks way too longThere's a lot to be said for consistency and continuity. And ... this OKC team doesn't really have a more evolved offense.
Meanwhile Brooks seems to have the Wiz playing well.
But i think Brooks learnt a lot after he was released from OKC too.

all of washington's best players are pretty much dependent on one another whereas in OKC KD,YNB,Harden don't even need to look at each other to drop 40.
also, consistency isn't just a constant positive. you'll hit that wall if things don't just match. toronto's hitting it now, clippers too, pringles in the past
some teams pull the plug too early but after 2-3 years of the same kind of L, you can't be punks about it the way OKC was. Brooks had two seasons well past his expiration date imo
One of the weirdest games I've ever been to. Feel like we significantly outplayed Houston and had good effort too. Just had too many lapses where we left a shooter open and he hit to keep them in it.
Disappointing but still proud overall with how they've fought in this series when they're clearly outgunned.
Still think we'll go down swinging in game 5. Russ has no quit in him.

I'd go further though and say that's as much on Presti for not going . Ok, we can't KD / YNB ISo our way to a title. We need to change every other role player on this team to turn it into a motion or PnR team.
Which includes dumping the coach to one that knows that stuff.
By blackace Go To Postthat should put who has the better cast argument to rest..Adams: 8/10 Capela: 2/5
Gibson: 2/5 Anderson: 2/5
Roberson: 5/9 Ariza: 4/8
Oladipo: 7/10 Beverley: 2/13
Seeing games 3 and 4 tells me more about coaching than anything else.
By Kuma Go To PostWas MCW this bad all along? He seemed to suffer from a complete lack of development during those philly tank seasons. And he's never caught up.

By diehard Go To Postnow include Lou, Nene and Gordon vs YNB's trash.the selective stat picking was funny tho
By blackace Go To Postthe selective stat picking was funny thoShould make it a theme one day
By blackace Go To PostThunder couldn't weather a game where Westbrook played like Harden did todayHow much of that is on the fact that none of those guys have been trusted all season to do so?
When Harden was being ball denied late, he tried to get open, but didn't force it.

Sam is a real funny GM tho... He found some great talent in the draft but had failed to fill out the roster to compliment it and he couldn't keep his talent so far
By s y Go To Postbad management/ownership. Traded Harden away to keep Kendrick Perkins and Serge Ibaka.
Harden was not traded. They offered him something like 2 mil below the max and he bolted to the Rockets.
Everyone took an L.

Take Nene for example... he was a b tier star at on point, he knows how to step into that role if he gots that touch that day...
