Bradley with the ability to dribble would be an incredible basketball player.
Kind of amazing that he was hyped up as like super Lou Williams or a poor man's AI coming out of HS, lol.

A technicality that will be rendered moot in short time. I'm just happy the Lakers aren't on the up and up during the Lebron / GS era. Timing is a birch

Consider this: The GS era is a huge reason the Clippers "legacy" is being second round fodder.
We make due with what we have, man

But how do you know there won't be another superteam in your way when you're done rebuilding? You can make that argument forever.

tbf, the Curry-Draymond Warriors are maybe the most dominant team of all time.
73 wins one season followed by a potential 16-0 postseason the next is impossible.
There will be super teams to replace them when Curry and Durant get old, but they will probably not be as good.

By Kabro Go To Post73 dont mean shit unless you chip.yes it does. I'll remember that 73 win team, i can't tell you who won the 2010 finals.

I don't. I'm living in the moment, man. We will deal with the future when we get there.

It will be fun watching laker fans over the next decade slowly be forced to the realization thats a season can still mean something even if you dont win it all.
By Kabro Go To Poststill stand by my original point. 73-win season is a failure if *ctrl + V Dy's post here"I mean a 73 win without a chip and blowing a 3-1 lead is a disappointment... but how they manhandled the regular season? I may never see something like it again

We had the Boston big three. Then Lebron got frustrated with carrying the Cavs solo so he went to Miami with Bosh & Wade. He followed the same template when he went back to play with Kyrie, making sure they got Love. Those guys stopped the 'most dominant team ever,' providing justification for Durant to give up his Sisyphean chase and join the Warriors.
I'm not so sure that vets who are serious about winning forming megateams isn't the new normal, and that all the tanking and great drafting in the world doesn't mean anything unless you happen to have that top 3-5 guy in his prime with complimentary superstars. Like, Washington did it - they tanked, landed top 5 picks who panned out - and they still can't get out of the 2nd round.
Super teams aren't exactly new... it's just now players are making em... but the Warriors were mostly made through the draft and players grew into their primes together. So good drafting will always have a place in making Dynastys
Let's not forget the Cavs had 3 goddamn #1 picks, and yeah Lebron has the home town advantage stuff but he doesn't go there if they don't have Kyrie and don't have the assets to get Love.
tanking for 3 high picks then praying for a top nba talent to give you a shot is better than this "just try your best" and lose your star anyways shit tho

free agency basically doesn't exist for young cores
boston had to basically have every fucking future pick in existance to even get Horford
LMA to the spurs with Kawhi was possible because its a top 3 organization in all of sports that reloaded with a young mvp candidate
spoilers for the bucks awesome young core: nobody is going to fucking go there
and its because this shit is fuking broken

the wiz have been a single all-star away from being a perennial ECF team and we ended up with ian mahinmi
free agency is broken
free agency is broken
the CBA is broken. and instead of creating parity it just reinforces the 2 super teams since they're basically anomalies in team building
