All Star voting (and who is determined to be a starter) remains the same. The highest vote-getter in each conference are the team captains. They have to pick from the pool of remaining starters first and then pick from the reserves pool after all the players in the starters pool have been selected by the team captains.
Lame af that Conferences are still attached. I thought they were doing this because 20 of the best 25 players in the world play in the West but nah now we gotta pretend Al Horford is an All-Star caliber player because the East has no good players.
