By shun Go To PostWoj said that it is unlikely any management changes either,The suns would be morons if they didn't try for Blake. Just put out a Max for him.
I don't see anyone but the Clippers maxing Blake. Clippers maxing Blake is a poison pill too.
Suns need a big. And he's young enough to be good still when the team is.
Looking like Milsap is opting out too...

By Dark PhaZe Go To PostHe's in line for a big max at age 32. Not sure he's going anywhere.ATL haven't exactly been great to him.
He could / should go somewhere he can get a normal max, and genuinely compete. TOR/MIL/BOS

Do you draft Ball or Jackson in that lineup? I feel like Jackson myself but Ball would be pretty good at giving Blake a CP3'esque stat stimulus

If we resign James Johnson, even if we don't resign Waiters, I think we'll be really fucking good next year.
Either that or drop Lee and Rivers.
I just want one (two?) unprotected pick some time in the distant future (I think the earliest they can trade one is 2021)

By reilo Go To Postlol you aint getting shit for MeloMelo is what the Clippers need though! He'll immediately vault them to some indeterminate level of success.

Will they be good enough to beat Ron Bakers Knicks? Cause they weren't this year when it mattered.
By reilo Go To Postlol you aint getting shit for MeloHe is a future tank commander though. Some team ready to blow it up could trade a good player for him and picks.
By reilo Go To Postnot. a. single. dingleberry. sized. turd.
23/5/3.....
They are gonna get something for him if he agrees to leave.
Even the defense stuff doesn't make sense he's never played defense but he's ususally paired with a center that does.

For example, Melo in place of waiters and that Heat team actually makes the playoffs. A lot worse things out there than 2 years of Melo at the max if you are a playoff team.
By masud Go To PostI'm pretty sure Phil would just buy Melo out before he gave up picks to move him.
I don't think so. I could see Phil sitting him like a scrub before he lets him off for nothing. Melo's not about that life and the NBPA can eat rocks with those letters.

e: can't wait to find out where the other three first team center votes went
By s y Go To PostKAT was one of the worst defenders in the league this season…..He put up 25 and 12, though.
(In mostly losing efforts because the team was worse at defense than when coached by Sam Mitchell.)
By rodeoclown Go To PostDidn't Paul George need an All-NBA to get a super max? He just lost millions and millions. It was widely expected that he would miss out. This really paves the way for him to leave Indy.
By reilo Go To PostRoyce Young survived the ESPN layoffs? what in the hellClay Bennett is probably paying his salary. But congrats to Gondo for keeping his job,
I'm so glad Stephen A got the late morning/early afternoon slot on ESPN radio, I just got sonically assaulted by his low rent pastor voice telling me that Melo is a better partner for CP3 than Blake and now some rant about The Mets and Yankees.
Stoked that I get this instead of Dodger/Laker coverage, it's completely welcome and awesome.
Yup, it was expected but now PG is almost guaranteed to leave The Pacers.

Royce Young's two month old daughter just died so it's kind of impossible to fire a guy right after that happens.
They knew their daughter was going to die within the first few months of life so they decided to let her develop so her organs could save other babies instead of aborting. But they thought they would have a couple of months with the baby but instead the baby was stillborn. (sorry about not getting the story exactly accurate at first)

It's been covered by ABC and WaPo.
Young is a terrible reporter, but it's impossible to fire a guy after this happens to them.

He's got one more year to make it obviously, though that would require the Pacers to not trade him prior to next summer to see if he can make it.
As great as that money is I think he'd still choose to walk if its another bad time. He's got a signature Nike shoe, the sprite deal...--at some point he needs to start winning or that stuff will go away.
By blackace Go To Postthis is one of those odd bad trades for both teams…Of course it's a bad trade for the Clips (shhhh) but how is getting anything for Anthony bad at this point?
