Didnt watch the game, so spent the morning looking at highlights. Christ Rashers, shades of Ibra there.
Fellaini getting done by Aguero is incredible. Aguero's truly a cunt.
I'm happy with this being a draw. But I dont think City will lose all its remaining games either. Hopefully us nipping at their heels will make them make a few mistakes.

What is this sentence trying to say?

I'll have my revenge on all of you. Just wait.
By jtb Go To PostCarrick is such a nothing player. one of those players that because they're so "underrated" they become overrated. he's never been a great midfielder. ever. Many managers say you're wrong.
I'd take their word for it than yours.
Henderson is a different type of player. He doesnt have Carrick's passing range but at least he's a rock in their midfield.
Pep Guardiola: “I always think about what would have happened if Gabriel Jesus had been with us throughout the season. I am pretty sure it would have been a little bit different.”
By n8 dogg Go To PostFirst time he's caught the ball all season and he does himself in. Incredible.Haha first thing i said too lol

I don't disagree, but what managers ever shit on opposing players? Or their own players, for that matter?
Isn't the default just to avoid bulletin board material? Give trite praise of opposing players whenever possible?

He does rate Gerrard and Lampard as world class though, and who doesnt? All three were great in their prime.
Lads just relax and enjoy some figurative languafe from Barney Ronay
There was still time for Marouane Fellaini to get himself sent off as the game entered its final knockings. United’s chief midfield obstacle had spent 83 minutes rumbling around the centre circle like a vast Soviet-era combine harvester chewing up the ground, swallowing rabbits and squirrels, bouncing off tree stumps.
At which point Fellaini fouled Sergio Agüero three times in a rapid-fire combination punch, the last a reaction to Agüero’s invasion of his personal space that saw him bend down like a stork inspecting an oyster and clonk foreheads. Fellaini was rightly red-carded, leaving the field in some distress, presumably at his own foolishness.
Jamie Jackson says City did not hog the ball in a match they had 65-70% possession.
An inspiration to us all. If that fucking wet trout of a journalist can get a job at a leading newspaper, anyone can.

Suppose we can only play Carrick and Herrera now, with someone like Mkhi in front of them, until Pogba comes back.
Only 14 outfield players left (other than reserves/kiddies).

I love how there's always some group of people willing to defend Barton after every single indiscretion
'How can you ban him for 18 months, he cooperated with the investigation and his career is nearly over already. FA making it up as they go along because of his past'

Apparently that was our 15th clean sheet of the season last night. Granted, park the bus type stuff.
But do have to give credit to Mourinho for forming a pretty mean defence out of what is a pretty average to bad bunch of defenders. A bit surprised that there haven't been more rumours are reinforcements in that part of the team. Clearly the attack needs fresh blood but you'd expect Mourinho to build his teams from the back.

Still just very irritated by how our players reacted to City's press. Absolutely panicked and some of the worst use of the ball from them that I've seen this season. It's not like it's the first time someone has pressed them this season.

56th game of the season for us wasn't it? Actually absurd.

Turning Marcos Rojo into a good defender is equally as good as Lincoln ending the Civil War and bringing the Union back together

He misses driving, feels as if he is in a cocoon, and is surprised how hard his new job is.
President Donald Trump on Thursday reflected on his first 100 days in office with a wistful look at his life before the White House.
"I loved my previous life. I had so many things going," Trump told Reuters in an interview. "This is more work than in my previous life. I thought it would be easier."

Whenever Southgate is on TV, it takes me a couple of seconds to remember that he's the England manager

By Punished Go To PostWhat way do you think a vote would go in NI. I would have thought it was a fairly safe Remain in the U.K. position at this point?

By Vivalapizza Go To PostWhat way do you think a vote would go in NI. I would have thought it was a fairly safe Remain in the U.K. position at this point?Would sort of assume 40% is the upper limit for a UI vote. It was basically an irrelevant issue for about 20 years since GFA, but now Brexit means that soft nationalists SDLP (pro-EU) and the southern parties are paying lipservice to the idea. NI economy will be seriously hit by Brexit, so the assumption from nationalists is that as NI (& UK) flounder, Ireland will continue to be a wealthy tax haven and more people will be won over by the idea.
Ignoring the peace/disarmament factor, we're probably at a pre-1998 politics now - SF and DUP won't work together and can't form a government and the two Unionist parties are making election pacts (I expect these to be permanent in the future, maybe like CDU and CSU in Germany) - elections on wholly sectarian lines.
By n8 dogg Go To PostI'm being totally serious, it's a proper Mark Hughes move. Or some team like Frankfurt or fucking Valencia will take a punt. 10m is nothing nowadays. Woodward probably spunks 10m every time he takes Kroos out for lunch and sucks his toes to try and convince him to come.Pillbury pls.
That's most likely what Frankfurt is gonna spend in total, and even that's questionable.
Besides I think most German clubs will likely call Dortmund and ask for some intel. Tuchel will state that he's a lazy cunt and nobody should spend money for him.
Premface material or some stupid club like Valencia indeed.
