By Wahabipapangus Go To PostI am not a fan of Hazard being so central. He's kind of all over the place though, but I do perfer him to be on the left. He could feel free to be more selfish too.

Yeah as soon as he drifts into the wings, he is dangerous as fuck. But when he sticks to the central position it's like seeing him playing injured. Just can't beat his opponents as easily or get into those 1vs1's.
By GQman2121 Go To PostIdidi for Leicester against Stoke.
Fuck Leicester.
Willain for Matic is the halftime switch for me. Hazard - Costa - Willian front three. Just go back to what's worked.
Oh look another game where a team sits EVERYBODY behind the ball playing against Man United.
I am shocked.....

How dares teams to do, what is most likely to get them points. This happens to all good teams.
Maybe at that point, you gotta question why Mourinho has consistently failed, against teams setting up like that, for quite a few years now.

By Frustrated_me Go To PostCP left flank is their weak point, they need an extra man there ASAP.
Luckily for them, Pedro can't cross to save his life.

Well that's what they believe anyway, and really impossible to say one way or the other. Either way, a perfectly fine way to set up. Look at Crystal Palace against Chelsea right now, just everyone in the box. It's what these teams do, what they can do.
Commentator just said Hazard is the best player in the world now, past Messi and Ronaldo. That was fast.

Did this upset you? Tell me how you feel about it. Personally I think Nicolai Jørgensen is above all 3.

Because it's usually shit teams, who are heavy underdogs and already very unlikely to get points, that sits back...
Isn't this familiar.
Seriously all these games I have no idea what the gameplan is. Either there isn't one or the players aren't following it. Just hopeless percentage balls into channels and lots of aimless running.
Bailly is playing shit again btw - been poor for a while.

that sure is a goal
By Frustrated_me Go To PostCredit to CP, they've defended really well.
This has been a great game.
Yep all they need is a counter more here, and Chelsea will be done.
Costa needs to be in the box more, and Matic and Alonso need to stop touching the ball in the build up. Their passes are too imprecise and slow.

when i see posts like this it makes me think i find football entertaining in different ways to most.
i enjoy seeing players move as a defensive unit, covering space, following runners. It takes a lot of mental discipline and energy, and i like seeing how resiliant teams can be (as most will. i can get why to some it would seem boring but i find moving the ball from side to side quite fascinating.
By Willkiller Go To PostWell, Hazard is probably better than Ronaldo
And Dwight Gayle is better than both of them
put together
Pulis made it very clear in the pre-game chat that he agrees with Mourinho about the congested scheduling.
However, he also said United can fucking do one because their side cost £290m and he's starting Jake Livermore, Darren Fletcher and Jonny Evans and they're 8th. So boo fucking hoo you can't score against a team defending playing for the counter.

This is poor.
Team cannot break down any opponent that sits back. Need to pick up the tempo, far too slow passing around the pitch, no urgency. Would swap Martial with Rashford. Martial has become predictable on the LW, always picks it up and cuts in for a pass/shot. Needs to start changing it up and going down the line more often.
