- The alleged assailant was shot by armed police
- Witnesses report seeing several people being "mowed down" by a vehicle on Westminster Bridge

Update: 4 Confirmed dead including 1 Police Officer, with 20 more injured. The attacker is also one of those confirmed dead.
Update 2: 5 now confirmed dead, 40 injured. Authorities believe they know the identity of the attacker and believe that the attack is related to radical Islamism.
Update 3: Attacker named as 52 year old, British born Khalid Masood.

Fuck, they had multiple groups of kids between ages of 7 and 12 touring the House Of Parliament, what a shocking experience it must have been for them.

Sure it is a very crowded area but it's also full with officers and medical staff daily so (un)fortunately they are well prepared for situations like this.
Horrific. Just awful. Thank God for the bravery of emergency services nearby.

A Utah couple celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary on a dream tour of Europe are among the victims of the London terror attack. Kurt Cochran, 54, died after being thrown over Westminster Bridge onto a walkway beneath it. His 46-year-old wife Melissa was also struck. She lay frozen on the bridge among postcards from a toppled tourism stand with blood pouring from her head while strangers consoled her.
Mrs Cochran was taken to hospital in the UK where she is being treated for a broken leg and rib.

The man was drunk, had been ordered to leave the country the day before and while he drove at a crowd, people reported that he was trying to avoid hitting people and was driving in the middle of the street.
Guy was found later drunk sleeping in his car.
