Game is really fun, and it is so free being able to play on the go with LTE hotspot. Competitive anywhere.

Its supposed to arrive tomorrow but today it left a UPS facility and arrived at USPS for final delivery. A few hours later tracking says its inexplicably back at a UPS facility. Also its been at said facility in the city next to mine since Saturday.
On the plus side Amazon refunded the full price so I'm getting it free.
Edit: Well checked tracking directly on the UPS site and it says its at a local post office.
Edit 2: Well that was some odd tracking but whew my copy arrived today.

By Method Go To PostSo how do you guys find yourselves using your switch? I've already taken advantage of handheld mode way more extensively than I thought I would. Wifey was watching TV and instead of not playing the console (which is usually what happens with my xbox one if she's using the main TV since that's where it's hooked up), I just undocked my switch and got an additional 2 or 3 hours of Zelda time and that was just fucking amazing. The screen on the switch is great and I can definitely see myself playing way more handheld / table top than i thought i would
Docked or handheld for me. I don't use tabletop with the flimsy kickstand as much as I thought I would.
When want to play multi with someone it's always better to dock it and play on a TV screen.
Whenever I am somewhere a tv isnt present, im usually not cozy enough to put on headphones and dive deep into a console game.
It really helps me finish stuff tho when I spend just about every other night away from home and can keep focused on longer games at home or away.
I only wish all of the games I want to play on PS4, the third party titles were on Switch so I could put in the hours. (Nier, dragon quest heroes, final fantasy XII zodiac age, doom, etc...)

Did some ranked games last night (Splat Zones and Rainmaker) and it really plays different. Getting splats is a lot more important.
I usually use the Aerospray for the coverage but I'm going to have to find a weapon I'm comfortable using for splats.

I'm good at Rainmaker even though I don't really love it as a mode. It's basically American football with a gold fish superweapon as the ball.
Even more than other modes it requires good coordination with your team. One dude isn't going to be a hero by himself unless the other team just sucks.

Like when the other team has the rainmaker but only one or two players alive. And it's only really effective on some maps. I won like 10 straight on the reef by doing that.

So glad superior mayo team won. Also damn playing solo rainmaker sucks. nearly every team I've had ignores the rainmaker or just uses it for kills. I had one game where my teammate just held it for the full time limit and didn't even move a point toweards the goal.

Anyone else play Has been Heroes?. It's a puzzle/RPG hybrid roguelike. The reviews are bad but once the game click it's amazing. The learning curve is insane and I didn't really figure things out till I died countless times. But damn I've finally unlocked 2 heroes and it is intense doing all the boss battles.
