Mario gets boring after some 10 days, while with Zelda I’m still excited to go back to it after 9 months. But then again, it is maybe the best game of all time.

Weapon degradation wasn't an issue for me and I don't see how it could be an issue unless you just can't get over the fact that Botw isn't some other game that you're used to. Were you guys running out of weapons or something? I don't understand what problem people are actually having. The one time in 200 hours that I ran out of weapons (cause I wasted them all trying to cheese a shrine puzzle) it lead to one of the best moments in the game for me when I had to stealth into a camp to steal some. The degradation system works, the whole game is designed around it. Just think of the weapons like ammo and don't get attached to them.

Zelda looks a lot better on the big screen. the controllers definitely feel better in the gamepad thing too. I like the portability and playing in my bed tho.
Not sure about these sticks. Feel like I could break them easily.

I've only used my PS4 for Netflix only for the past few months while I've done most of my gaming on the switch and I've still charged my ds4 20x more than my pro controller. That thing is a beast. Sure it's expensive but when you buy a whole console for 2 to 3 games a year money should be no object :p
Yeah split joy cons are my preferred way to play Splatoon odyssey and Mk but for some reason I didn't like them for Botw.
Keeping my hopes low for 2018....Mario Odyssey expansion, virtual console with GC games, Dark Souls ports with next game coming to Switch, Pokémon, Smash, Prime 4 and GTA V just for fun.

I've been playing xenoblade 2 and it looks great on TV (some fuzziness for sure in handheld mode). Btw thanks to a few of you for recommending that, the game is dope!

You this heros path is awesome I didn't know it captured all of your gameplay not just the stuff you do after you install the dlc. Watching my entire journey again just cemented this game as one of my all time favorites.

You can't really demo what's essentially a multi player only game.(it has single player but a demo of that I think would be selling the game short. Just get it, it's a good game, was better than odyssey to me.

Tbf Nintendo has had another online Arms demo as recently as September. But afaik I haven’t seen much else as far as online multi demos for Nintendo games.
