So, here's the thing, this thing that we like to call the Internet is a funny thing sometimes, at other times it can be gruesome, so I need some help here from anyone close to Tucson in AZ, USA.
To keep the story short, I've known this person shortly but she's in serious trouble and I'm currently talking to her on Skype, and she's got both physical and mental conditions but I don't know how much she can take it anymore. She doesn't want to contact anyone and hoping to, what she says, survive till Tuesday to fly to her 'real friends' in California. However, me being in London, I can only do so much and she doesn't want me to call her out on FB either.
So, please, anyone, can you help me contact the emergency/authorities in Tuscon, I think I have the address but not 100% sure as she is not telling me.

Ok, got one of those lines trying to contact her and her cousin (who also lives in London btw) to also contact her family. So at least I feel like I'm helping her a little bit. I believe (see hope) that she's falling asleep now as I do hear her moving sometimes and she definitely needs it, as she is not responding to my calls atm.

Not going to go into too much detail (for privacy reasons), but just say that she's been a victim her whole life and now it's caught up to her.
One final update (before I'll probably ask to close the thread), her cousin's mother, who is a psychiatrist, is now talking to her on the phone. So I hope everything will be ok in the end.
