Miami's actually played hard AF, they've just been out of sync on offence. This has looked like playoff intensity D on both sides.
By Omzz Go To PostPoeltl!
Monster sequence for that guy. 3 consecutive offensive boards then a jump ball on the 4th against Whiteside. He & Delon are giving me hope for the future, they've both looked great tonight.
By Kibner Go To PostHow are the Suns losing by nearly 30 to the Nets?Without looking at it, the suns are down to like an 8 man roster. And half of those are injured or sick (flu and food poisoning going through the team).
So. Yah.

By Kibner Go To PostFirst time ever for him, according to the Heat announcers.
Yeah. He usually has to share shots with Lowry, and not being able to hit 3s makes it way tougher to score that many points.
By Kibner Go To PostThe Suns apparently started the game up 20-5. Welp.Yeah it was only 52-50, nets up, at half time.
Suns with a clutch loss there.
Need to displace the Lakers.
Nets are 5-5 in their last 10. Granted, two of those were the Knicks throwing games, but they beat Memphis & Detroit as well. They're making a last-ditch effort to get out of the basement.

Oh yeah. I'm rooting for them to pull out a miracle and pass the Lakers.
By reilo Go To PostVonleh showing development, how about that?Well he is 21.. Bigs have a bit more of a learning curve until they really show promise
By blackace Go To PostWell he is 21.. Bigs have a bit more of a learning curve until they really show promiseYea, totally. We've been spoiled by the influx of great young bigs this generation so he looked doubly awful in comparison, but his play in March is a tiny beacon of hope. He just looks like a basketball player in consistent minutes now lol.

This is actually a really good 3 Man Break topic. Because every fanbase tells themselves "bigs just take longer to develop!" about their busts. Where do you draw the line on who needs more time, and who just isn't going to be a player?

Guys like J.O'Neal, Tyson Chandler, Hibbert (before he lost all basketball sense) all kind of blossomed around 23 - 25
I mean that's what we told ourselves about Festus but he was perpetually injured.
Damian Jones is just younger Festus.
McAdoo shouldn't even be in the NBA.
Somehow, Pop is making first year big man players like Dedmond working with Duncan out. He continues to do it too, even if it gives the players the label of a role player for their whole career.

I'm not expecting much from Jones but I really thought Festus would develop if he wasn't injured so often.
By Adam Blade Go To PostBarnes da gawd.
Clips suck.
Trade Bust Griffin.
If your team could just possibly go right ahead and drop below OKC, that would be super. Oh, and if you could maybe also just go ahead and drop below Memphis? That would be greeeaaaaat.
By unknown Go To Postugh I come home to some amazing news, we back on that grind hard now!
1 game out of 4th..... and Orlando's GM wants them to win
God help the GM who takes Markkanen top 10.
Justin Jackson's a good player. Got buried by Roy's system, but he'll be a decent pro
Justin Jackson's a good player. Got buried by Roy's system, but he'll be a decent pro
Jackson didnt get buried by shit. He just shot 30% from 3 up until this year. Now he's at 38% finally looking like the player he was billed as.
If the Kings get Isaac and Smith they might have actually made out okay with the Cousins trade for real
I feel bad for Giles. If he stays and shows a healthy and amazing season next year he could go in the top ten next year but if he has an injury or sucks he might go undrafted.
Should probably just go now and at least get himself a guaranteed contract. Too risky to stay another year I think.

The New Road to the Six
Jerry Stackhouse wants to be an NBA head coach. He doesn’t want to toil as an assistant for years to make that happen. By leaving his gig with the Toronto Raptors to lead their D-League affiliate, he hopes to prove that the same minors-to-majors pipeline that players increasingly enjoy can work for bosses as well.
By Dark PhaZe Go To PostJustin Jackson at 12 on the mock draft? This draft is cool
This draft fucking sucks lmao
until like 10 then you probably start to see reaches.
By Moris Go To PostIf Dennis Smith falls to NY at 7, that's such a come up.
an NC state player getting stuck on the knicks. what could go wrong.
I sympathize with him because doing the assistant coach thing in the hopes of getting a head coaching job is rough for former players. Black players specifically
He's not qualified for the job. He's qualified for teaching guys how to survive being an NBA player in terms of the lifestyle and shit, but he's not qualified to be leading guys to win in the modern NBA. This shit is no joke now. Guys are better than ever and need HELP. Legit need help from str8 up experts who've evolved with this game or at least been a part of a staff to see how it all goes down.
By Kibner Go To PostAhh, here we go. This explains a loss by 30 to the Nets:Not even our final form, would have been even younger if Bender was healthy and started with Len sitting.
