By BlackaceMan wtf is happening in knick land?
The same stuff that's been happening in one form or another since the Isaiah era? But in particular they've never been able to make the triangle stick since Jackson got there. Somebody could probably write a book on all the reasons why.
By rodeoclownThis reminds me of when the Wolves wanted to fire Kurt Rambis, but Glen Taylor didn't want to pay for it, so David Kahn sold a couple draft picks to get the money to cover his salary. Glen Taylor is worth $1.8 billion.
The stories you tell able the Khan era make me feel better about all the stuff that went down in Toronto. Maybe we didn't have it so bad after all.
So on a scale of 1 to 10, how scared should the Celtics be of playing the Heat in the first round? I feel like they'd wax the Pistons or Pacers.

Phil changes his mind every few weeks about how committed they are to the triangle
By Moris Go To PostRandle and Ingram had good games. DraftExpress' new lay out is a gift to the loser bros.Ingram definitely took huge strides.
his shooting % has improved as the months passed.
I think Stu metioned he's shooting 55% for the month of March.

Ingram is only about a month or so older than most draft prospects this year, makes me less anxious about his performance this year.
Who the fuck is Skal Labissiere and why does he have 29 points and 10 rebounds?Another Kentucky big who was projected to be a lottery pick at one point but fell to like 28..
By s y Go To PostRockets scored 139 points in regulation
Rockets scored 46 points in the 4th
jesus
ROCKETS
By reilo Go To PostSo, do they resign Blake and CP3
If they beat us, probably.
But if we beat them, then it gets interesting.

tbf, they would not play on a team trying to win either.

The guy everyone was saying should never have fallen that low in the draft. Wasn't he a #1 prospect at some point?
By livefromkyoto Go To PostI think it's safe to say they've kept the tradition alive. No he fell about right... he was a top 5 guy til he started getting balled up in college

I don't follow college ball, so it wouldn't have been me saying it. But I know a lot of people on RealGM wanted him with that Poeltl pick before the draft.

While this is true, I don' t even remember if they floated Poeltl as the pick before the draft. I recall it coming out of left field, the biggest rumours were the same ones going into the trade deadline - that they were going to move the pick for Ibaka or Millsap.
But Skal's looking really smooth in the post here:
Sure, the opponent's not much, but he's got good footwork and just seems really coordinated.
The team as a whole has actually looked like a strugglefest. It's all been Ibaka-the-one-man-defence and DeFrozan.
26.4/5.8/3.6 with 2.5 TO's, on 56.2% TS, with 34.2% usage while Lowry's been out. Raps play OKC tonight, basically two guys will take every shot in this game.
By reilo Go To PostNot to burst your bubble but Noah Vonleh's had a higher PER than Ingram the past 3 seasons.
I'm tired of Vonleh's mediocrity being weaponized against me.
Vonleh Post-ASG: 63TS%, 118ORtg, 112DRtg, 5.5RPG, 19MPG

to be fair to "two years away from two years away" guys, some coaches seem to think that they can just be stored overseas or in the d-league to develop
guys need to be able to fail in the nba at some point

You're not wrong but the thing is, on a team that's trying to do anything, you have to earn it. If you're 35 lbs. and look way out of your depth even in garbage time, maybe you need to learn to excel in the d-league first.

3SP level bait & troll.
Vonleh averaging 3.5 shots per game since the ASB? lol
Ingram looks like a keeper. Zubac would probably too. Randle, Clarkson and D'Tective can all get traded playing like this.
