I hate how so much accessible streaming has turned people into idiots who try to be all about the meta and playing like them. Get some fucking fundamentals down first.

Every. Fucking. Game.
By Smokey Go To PostI should pick this up with my gift card. Been stubbornly holding onto it for Mario or Splatoon joy cons that still haven't arrived in the states.

By data Go To PostThe atmosphere in Shadow of Chernobyl is still GOAT. Beats out all these well crafted, linear big budget games too.
Yep. I used so much time exploring in that game. Loved it despite all the bugs and just unstable nature of the game. Really rarely a game can do that to me, and when I hear people talk about Bethesda games like that I just dont understand, but this was one of the exceptions for me.
Interesting choice. Of their four consoles, the original probably does have the best overall aesthetics.

I don't understand how there's a video game that looks like this.
Will it need an arcade stick?
By livefromkyoto Go To PostI don't understand how there's a video game that looks like this.Never seen the Naruto Storm games? Visuals are pretty close. But yeah, Arc Sys takes it to the next level when it comes to models, it's why alt costumes are so rare. Just color swaps.
Will it need an arcade stick?
Also, I don't think you'll need an arcade stick. The inputs aren't as hard as previous Arc Sys games, they designed it to be used with a pad.
dont even mess with fighting games, but might have to cop dbz just light psy up a few times. looks good.
My parents bought my brother a DXRacer for Christmas so apparently they bought me one too?
So I have an undercut, I lost weight, have shitty tattoos, girl problems, thick rim glasses and I'll have a DXRacer
yall gotta stop getting behind Smokey, I'm clearly your next best Slaent streamer

Been trying to play uncharted Lost Legacy, I’m not enjoying it as much.
Yakuza got me with AA low budget withdrawals

Playing Wolfie 2 and enjoying it. Only criticism that I do really agree with is some of the environment layouts don't seem to have had a lot of love put into them (but this was also the case in TNO). I think it's an issue of lighting and environment readability as much as anything.

In all seriousness though, I used to work for a supplement company. They’re all bullshit outside of the known quantities like caffeine, nicotine, etc.
There was some “legal” substances that had legitimate effects, but they were also basically just ecstasy, and banned in most countries.
Basically all the things that do work are either illegal or prescription only.
That Godmode is no different than the run of the mill “fat burners” you see in Holland and Barrett..

Yeah, nootropics is what Alex Jones sells to his morons.

Nah, most of the stuff on that ingredient list is genuinely psychoactive- theanine, bromine, etc. The issue here is that this guy is a rank amateur with no idea what he's doing beyond having listened to a bunch of shitty Tim Ferriss podcasts.
He's taking a list of his favourite nootropics with various stimulant and anti-anxiolytic properties and pitching it as the Limitless drug. He's trying to wear the badge of science yet the minute he gets called on it he's pulling out lines like "doctors are brainwashed." Meanwhile I guarantee if I sat this guy down and asked him what the interactions were, or tried to get straight answers on neurotransmitter output he'd be stammering in a second. Because he doesn't even seem to know what drugs are, let alone able to explain dopamine's effect on attention and motor function.
I guarantee all that mr. "Spock-like logic" did was stick the list of his ingredients into PubMed and copy and paste the search results onto his web page. How do I know? Because 847 studies is more than people read to get an actual doctorate.. Much less sitting down and working out the correlates, or, god forbid, conducting meaningful trials on his own product which again, this goofball is in no way qualified to do.
I'm 100% sure this thing has an effect, and the academic being interviewed comparing it to coffee is either being selectively quoted or being disingenuous for some reason. But the emergent supergamer effects and the acuity of results he's promising are impossible. A pile of stuff in low doses with no measurements accounting for individual neurochemistry, physical mass or tolerance is a huge waste of time. Nobody's turning into Daigo off this shit.

True. I’m just looking at it like any number of thermogenic weight loss supplements. The ones that were mostly caffeine and spices like cayenne pepper.
All the ingredients are researched, all have documented effects, but their actual effect on weight loss is so negligible that they’re irrelevant and not worth the price when compared to illegal drugs that work incredibly well.
That’s basically how I’m seeing this Godmode pill.
By reilo Go To PostWatching my roommate play FFVI on the SNES Classic and the game has such an amazing OST.*nods*
It is also available on Steam, though has the mobile npc sprites which a lot of people don't like. Has a lot of good bug fixes and a jukebox, though.
probably what those bums at SE thought they were making with that trash ass combat system in FF XV.
Looks good.
Looks appalling in terms of there being a subsisting video game in there. Looks like a single lad who is artistically talented doing some nice looking things in Unreal Engine 4.

Well just ordered that 4TB external HDD. Thank you Best Buy for taking my busted old ass laptops for gift cards earlier this year lol. My Pro is already running low on memory at ~345 gbs or so. And I haven't even installed all my games.
Finally beat all the pre-Stormblood content for FF XIV. That whole run of Heavensward content was the best storytelling and emotionally moving content from a mainline FF since at least IX.
Fortnite is a lot of fun. I think I play it more like how I've seen people play PUBG, then actually utilizing the crafting. Not even sure when I should be creating things, because it's all so damn slow.

From what I've been able to gather, to reach high places, and the moment you get shot. Everytime I got the jump on somebody they whipped out that blueprint and walls got thrown up fast af. Late game building seems to lean towards the former, building to where you can get up high enough and see remaining players.
Came across the video talking about the rise of R6: Siege

Have to say, the turning of the gun I'm assuming to get a better angle, bothers tf out of me. Even when the player is straight on and not looking around a corner. Is this a habit of Siege players?

Actual good players will jiggle lean a lot in straight on gun fights to move their head/hitbox around.
By Smokey Go To Posttell me moreDuring the summer Best Buy was offering $75 gift cards for laptops. The requirements were minimal and depending on some BBs they took in anything. So everyone just started trading in all their junk laptops for free money lol.
Picked up Rise of Tomb Raider 20th Anniversary Edition yesterday for $20 at Gamestop. It was the cheapest I could find anywhere. It's still $60 on PSN for whatever idiotic fucking reason.
3 hours into The Pillars of Earth and it's pretty pretty good. It's like... if telltale games were still good... and looked good.
