Play horizon on hard
All light boxes pretty much function the same, you just adjust the softness of your light source with plastic/gel filters like on a flash for a camera and adjust the fabric material you use for the light to filter through according to the backdrop you have.
So with the black cloth I get from fabric store, I used a filter for the lights and I adjusted the material I used for the light to filter through. So you can use different kinds of cloths, paper, etc. In the one above for a black background and the LED lights in the Gundam eyes, I adjusted my set up so that the light is soft and warm.
Here's one of my other builds I did with two different backdrops, but the same lightbox.
You can pretty much make your own lightbox with anything, glass, cardboard, Legos, metal frame, etc. The most important thing is having multiple light sources and different filters for the kind of lighting you want. You can change the lighting in Photoshop or Lightroom, but it isn't the same has having a natural and physical solution for it.
If you are interested in photography for products and subjects I can help you learn how to make a lightbox and shoot photos. You can pretty much do all that cool shit with a iPhone or whatever decent smartphone camera, no need for a professional reflex camera if you don't want one.
I prefer doing landscape and floral photography rather than people and products though. I find it much more relaxing and fun that way.

By DY_nasty Go To PostIt was way too easy at first.i told you to play it on hard at minimum. even then, I didn't find it particularly difficult. Once you know every enemies' weak spots. still challenging when they toss elite giant enemies at you all at once though.
I appreciate the offer, Shun, but I'm 90% sure I will never take the time to do things like that. I'm just happy sanding and panel lining. Maybe adding a matte top coat at sometime in the future.

Horizon is a pretty motherfucker.
But there are so many little things wrong in the game that should've been added/fixed. Climbing anything is terrible. Just awful. Inventory management is sloppy as fuck. It gives me Mass Effect 1 vibes. Can't compare items either lol. Melee makes want to wish it didn't exist. Tomb Raider shouldn't have better melee than anything.
But I fucking love how in some fights you have to use everything you have available to survive. I don't even think the gameplay is all that great. Good enemy design, environments, diverse options... it really adds up to something amazing at times.

inventory doesn't bother me too much, while sloppy, the combat is far from button mashing and more how you use your weapons and surrounds.. but it isn't overly powering your gear up and what not so inventory is like whatever... but why the fuck can't she climb a windowsill??
but that aside the game is epic in scale and the story setting is basically the 100 before the space station fell.. so far it is amazing to play

No they're not, animation and lightning Naughty Dawgs are still ahead. Decima was built with this gen in mind and UC4 was still running on the old engine.
Pretty sure if/when Naughty Dog make something purpose built for ps4 we will see minds blown.
I dont get why people keep saying people wont use switch in portable mode, its when I plan to use it the most, on my commute to work. breaks when I want deep but short (20/40 mins burts) of gaming the thing is perfect.
I carry a hoddle around around most places so size doesnt concern me, I for one am really stoked.

When they did the first Uncharted, they talked about what a huge headache it had been to start completely from scratch with their engine I am pretty sure. I doubt they will do that again, as it more often than not (assuming it was good) just makes sense to keep going with most of the groundwork from old engines. I bet guerilla did that as well... Did their old one even have a name? Now just naming it decima just to create a strong brand around (their fantastic) technical skills, and to let other devs use it as well.
Either way, we always knew guerilla were fantastic at this shit, what they always lacked was actually making a decent game. Comparing Horizon to Uncharted 4 is... Rather pointless. Both going for fairly different things when it comes to the graphics I think. Nothing comes close to Naughty Dog when it comes to animations still though, and considering how great it looks and how apparently good it is to use for devs, I doubt they will start from scratch with a new engine.
