Noctis looks fucking cool in that video and I couldn't even bring myself to play FFXV. Not sure why people would be down on him.
By Diego! Go To PostIt takes around 40 hours to unlock 1 hero in the retail version but apparently it takes 6-7 hours in the review copies EA sent out.
even 6-7 hours is too fucking long for a character you may or not play for 5 minutes every 14 games.

EA is getting bodied
As for cost, we selected initial values based upon data from the Open Beta and other adjustments made to milestone rewards before launch. Among other things, we're looking at average per-player credit earn rates on a daily basis, and we'll be making constant adjustments to ensure that players have challenges that are compelling, rewarding, and of course attainable via gameplay. What the fuck
By DY_nasty Go To PostIt's funny because you know this bitch about to be an armchair developer in a year anyways
the community manager's response on twitter to the ridiculous unlock time complaints lol
they're about to be in the streets. star trek fans might take this shit but star wars fans had enough
I didn't mind Warren when I played Life Is Strange
Watching a playthrough now and I can see that he's creepy and clingy as fuck

Alex Navarro is remarkably shit at reading whether a joke is landing, and abandoning it when it doesn't
Do you all have any co-op (local) multiplayer games for pc, that you would recommend? I've been playing through Final Exam with someone and have been having a bunch of fun. Beat the first isometric Tomb Raider game already. I have Enter The Gungeon as well.
I was hoping that they made a sequel to Final Exam, but it doesn't seem like they've made anything since. Sucks...

Does anybody have any info about 8-bit adventure anthology for ps4? Came out a few weeks ago, looks right up my alley, but can't find any damn info about it, really. It's also 8 bucks, which is usually my impulse buy territory, but black friday sales will be here soon. I don't want to blow my moolah too soon, know what I mean? Anybody bought it? Heard of it? Looked at it? Eh?!

Thought the Quantum Break real life episodes would be total shit and a gimmick, but it's actually OK. I'm not skipping them which is weird.

I don't know about the quality of the ports, but that version of Shadowgate is my favourite for the cool music. I watched a YouTube play through of The Uninvited once and it was really surprising for an NES game.

I am no fighting games fan. But FFXV is pure unadulterated shit.

This is just untrue. Freewheeling, the man with planet sized balls, recommends lots of refunds.

Would like DICE to go back to basics before stretching for futuristic stuff. None of BF4, BF:Hardline (not them obvsly), BF1 or either of the Battlefront games has done anything for me.
Having said that, I'm not sure why I bounced off BF4 so maybe they shouldn't go back to that.

Not really--I need something more focused on mobility and verticality in order to increase the skillgap. I'd say imagine something halfway between Battlefield 4 and Halo 5. Slower TTK, faster. I might also look into creeps/a.i on the ground ala titanfall to make things even more bombastic.
I know that Advanced Warfare and Blackops 3 soured people, but Battlefield has become tiresome as fuck. Navigating your slow avatar to somehow take out tanks and entrenched positions with your shitty teammates, only to successfully cap a flag and realize the flag behind you got capped.
And Battlefront is an absolute mess in regards to game design.

The future settings in FPS has also become tiresome. There's a reason COD and BF went back in time.
Also you're basically describing Titanfall. It's definitely skill based, and its vertical and mobility game is the best in the genre.
See i can understand enjoying Battlefront 2, it seems mechanically sound and looks great, it's just the grind, economy and lootbox shit that ruins it for me. Won't be touching it.

Welp https://kotaku.com/gamestop-temporarily-pauses-unlimited-used-games-progra-1820429511
GameStop has suspended its PowerPass program, which offers customers six months of unlimited access to used games. The retail chain told employees yesterday to pull down all signage involving the program and store it in their backrooms, according to two GameStop staff.
It’s not clear why GameStop is freezing the program, but employees have speculated to Kotaku that some of the company’s antiquated computers weren’t equipped to handle it. PowerPass, which soft-launched this week, would give participants unlimited access to any used game in a given store for six months. For $60, you’d be able to treat GameStop as a library, taking out one pre-owned game at a time, and after six months, you’d get to keep one.
