The problem with everyone being hyped about the combat in ACO is...but I never needed to fight in the first place lul. The whole issue is I can always sprint up, jam two hidden blades in your neck and run off. There's never any real Hitman like intricacy to prepping for the assassinations and combat is completely voluntary.
From what I've seen of ACO--it's the same thing. Just that when you volunteer into that combat, it's much better. But it's still the same shit.

They've completely removed the paired combat system, there are no more counters etc. That alone is a big step up compared to the shitty arkham combat of the past games.
No more towers, there's actually a crouch button, hard mode, full on rpg shit.

If the enemy is of a way higher level, then youre hidden blade wont work on them.
