Smokey, I checked out your video. Once they add online multiplayer, remind me and I'll likely get it.

By Adam Blade Go To PostFinished Prey at 28 hours.
8/10
🤔
By rodeoclown Go To PostI literally just beat it yesterday. I loved it. But that ending, not a fan.
I would love to see a sequel, though.
Beat it yesterday. 8/10 is right. I thought the ending(s) was alright, though I'll admit I didn't particularly enjoy the final part of the game. Just too many fetch quests and annoying enemy spamming to go through. They should've pulled a Half-Life 1, sent you to the alien's world / dimension or whatever, do something to break the mold, defy expectations.
I'm not sure what to tackle next. Nier is tempting, but that PC port and ... yeah, I don't know. I might continue with the big game -> small game routine I have going on lately. Night In The Woods, maybe.
By s y Go To PostDistract a guard with a generator.Toward the front of the ship (near the escape speedboat on the bottom level) is where that is iirc.
I will say re: Prey, and my experience was doing a no typhon mod run, it was so much better for me when I was just crazy overpowered and could just mow through all the typhons. They are really not fun to fight early on and I don't know that I ever really enjoyed it, especially the zero gravity sections where there would be cystoids everywhere. They were just this thing constantly in the way of me trying to figure out what was happening.
And yes, the quest design is suspect. I was playing on Xbox and even installed to an external drive, we're talking 45 second+ loading in between areas of the station. When I get a quest and it just immediately says, hey, go to the arboretum and that's three loading screens away, it's unbearable. It changed how I might've play because I was less inclined to follow quests through right away in favor of just exploring what was in front of me instead.
And yet, I really enjoyed my time with it and hope Arkane can make another.

"For instance, there’s no recoil on guns on PC because recoil on the controller feels really good," Destiny 2 project lead Mark Noseworthy said in an interview with Australian website Finder. "'I’m firing, I’m firing, I’m firing, oh, I’m losing control of my gun a little bit.' That feels great, especially with magnetism and all the magic in the controller that makes you feel it. With a mouse and keyboard, you don’t want the mouse moving without you moving it, so recoil doesn’t feel good, so there is no recoil on PC… The basic idea is that some things don’t work that don’t feel good, and those places there are going to be little forks in the road."😆
I think he meant like vibration
but obviously theres no vibration in mouses. why would he even bring it up?
but obviously theres no vibration in mouses. why would he even bring it up?
Noseworthy later tweeted a clarification from Destiny 2's PC lead David Shaw, who said that recoil won't be completely eliminated on PCs but just "heavily modified from console." You can watch E3 footage captured on the PC version of the game which shows very little drift as a semi-automatic weapon empties numerous bursts of fire into enemies. Compare that to how the original Destiny works on consoles, where many weapons see their aim drift upward or to the side over multiple shots.
non-story
tbf there's nobody to blame but himself if he actually said 'there's no recoil on PC' in the first instance

HAving to be online to see the challenges for the missions in Hitman is buuullllllshit. They just dropped a 10gb patch and I have to wait on PSN's butt connection to DL that? sucks man.
edit: the patch went from 10gb to 440mb. Okay.

I was talking to two younger co-workers and was telling them RE7 was on sale and it was really good. And they both told me they probably wouldn't buy it because they 'watched a playthrough on youtube'
Maybe Atlus was right

Picked up Motorsport Manager + DLC so far. I already own all the EU4 DLC so nothing to get there :(
Just wait till you get to Sapienza. Possibly the best Hitman level I've played in any game

Sapienza is one of the best levels of anything I've ever played
It is incredible. Beautiful, funny, sprawling, detailed, varied, perfect balance of silliness and straight-lacedness

By data Go To Postit even looks like it handles like shit in the trailerWait, you can actually drive now? That addresses one of the major concerns that I had. Now if they fix the game play, the art design, the story the characters and the side quests maybe I'll give it another shot.
By DY_nasty Go To Postonly thing good about this flash sale is ultimate alliance 1 and 2i bought it previously in a different sale, but i wouldn't mind running through it again sometime. My Hulk tho, whew
any of you guys down?
By Professor Beef Go To Posti bought it previously in a different sale, but i wouldn't mind running through it again sometime. My Hulk tho, whewI remember the first one being one more customizable (fun) than the second but I'll probably dive in tonight or tomorrow
By cdyhybrid Go To PostCiv 6 worth picking up or should I just wait for an expansion? It's more Civ... I would wait and just buy Endless Space 2 to fill that need until it comes out
By Smokey Go To PostI should install Hitman. Didn't even know I had it…Hitman is really good
By Haramism Go To PostCheapest option for Hitman on PS4? UK.PSN probably? It should be on sale digitally everywhere for $24 (60% off) right now.
Fucked it
Started Destiny again with a Hunter. Went back to my old character, a level 24 Warlock. Thinking I could really get into the post-game, enjoyed the first stage of The Dark Below a lot. Realise that the Warlock's lack of double jump feels like shit. Will probably just push through the whole thing with the Hunter, and use the level 26 boost if I get bored.

Waited 16 minutes to download and install updates for FF15, get to the title screen and see I got another 6 minutes to go.
This is already a bad start lmao

By Zabojnik Go To PostSo how bad exactly is the PC version of Nier?I don't have any issues other than the needing to move the mouse cursor to the bottom right when I play it with my controller. Performance is great on my 1070. Haven't experienced any stability problems.
