So Fuller House ostensibly takes place 29 years after the end of Full House. In the first (godawful) episode, Joey Gladstone says he is 55 years old.

For that to be true, he would have to have been 26 at the conclusion of Full House.

It's just a strange combination of having realized a long time ago that one of your favorite shows as a kid was total garbage while also maintaining this weird affection for said show that's really hard (perhaps impossible) to shake off.

It's funny because I remember Full House being bad too except for character the Olsen Twins playing being such a cute baby/toddler who they wrote to seem smarter than her years.

I mean if you really stop to think about it their parents were able to translate that entertainment concept into billions of dollars.

It's nothing great but it's not nearly as bad as this thread lead me to believe. It's a pretty consistent follow up to the old show. I went in expecting 2 broke girls or young and hungry tier bad sitcom.

It's passable. People who loved Full House will have a lot to like here.
