Uhm we are first and foremost limited by the United States Government in what, how much, where, to whom and how we can give out these prizes.
Like, if you want to dispute the American laws on this one, then go write a congressman. We are not gonna get fined by several regulatory bodies over it.
Ideally we'd love to give out the prizes to anyone in the world, but short answer is we can't. The issue isn't about delivering the prize or picking the winner, it's all about if we legally even can.

It's actually incredibly hard to do a give away for random shit. It's much easier to do it for "skill comps" like "in 25 words say why you should raise your dongers". And even then, it's not that easy. Just easier.
And we're stuck obeying US law cause the company is registered there.
We'd happily do it outside of the US, and will, but in all honesty, governments REALLY don't make it easy. Yeah the odds of getting sued are minimal, but considering how much money the site doesn't make, even a trivial enquiry would mean people dipping into our own personal accounts to cover a legal reply.
Let a lone if any government wanted to "audit" the thing.
You have to remember the rules for giveaways, particularly random chances ones, were / are designed to cover Lottery competitions also, and poker/pokle/slot machines. So they're really very complex, and we're stuck with them.
For the record, we'd HAPPILY BE WRONG. If we didn't have to comply with this shit, we'd be the first ones to throw it all in the bin so we could do this more often. But we've never seen anything about this being easy, only it being difficult. So if someone on here who is a lawyer and knows of a good reason that we wouldn't have to comply, please, tell us!
