SurfaceBook is fire

Not convinced on the SurfaceBook yet. It sounds cool on paper, but give us real performance and efficiency. Will it even last multiple years and will it even deliver as a first generation product?

I'm skeptical with the hyperbole they're throwing out for the product, but I am glad that someone is competing in the premium, high end market.

surface book looks really nice but I can't see myself buying a windows laptop. Windows desktop + Mac laptop is the GOAT combo

Still not convinced. Why even mention Apple and compare, that just puts Apple on a pedestal and acknowledge that they have a superior product. That you have yo prove you're better.

Like sure you can be faster than a MacBook Pro, a MacBook Pro from 2008. Are you going to have a battery and OS efficiency that will last more than 1-2 years, are you gonna have a good build quality, will it have a good resale quality down the line. There are a lot of questions that Microsoft have to prove and answer and the expectation has increased because they put Apple on the pedestal by thinking they have to compare products.

The Surface Pro's RAM efficiency is terrible.

I'm glad that someone is stepping up and trying to compete with Apple but gee.

Did you just ask Microsoft for their birth certificate?

If I could develop properly I would get the surface book in a heartbeat...when I have money. Of course when I have money I'm probably getting a macbook anyway mainly so I can code without worrying if something will work properly.

Sp4 will be my next pc purchase. Been without a pc for almost a year now.. Been waiting for the sp4.

And that 950xl will be a lovely replacement for my 1520 once I'm ready to upgrade (my 1520 is still a damn champ).
