I used to really like the show, the format, the guests, the ability to have a conversation independent of talking heads pushing talking points was a refreshing take on mainstream media's coverage of politics.
But sagging ratings and Trump's emergence have pushed Joe, Mika, and even Willie Geist further to the right.
In yesterday's show they went out of their way to praise Trump's handling of the Ramos situation and present the narrative that Ramos was lecturing Trump and was in the wrong. Even when Casey Hunt, their field reporter who was in the room, was attempting to diplomatically defend Ramos, Joe kept cutting her off when he wasn't getting the answer he wanted.
This one day after going on a diatribe about Di Blasio's failed social experiment in NY leading to homelessness and implying liberals like homeless people on the streets instead of in well funded shelters.
The dude is going off the deep end and defending all sorts of despicable shit when he was the sane, responsible conservative voice in the room.
