500+ Hour Metal Gear Series Marathon - HYPE for MGS5 TPP Launch

Just thought I would advertise these guys here because they're just fucking awesome:

It's a channel that cycles through three streamers who are all huge fans of the series and incredibly knowledgeable about each game. They love to do in-depth story playthroughs that include a ton of secret calls and fun easter eggs. The community is incredibly chill and chat is normally not sub-only mode but they're doing that for this marathon to avoid spoilers from leaks.
But yeah, these guys are absolutely insane. They did +400 hour marathon just last holiday season and one of them (drk29) did a solo 50 hour marathon just a few months ago.
They're almost 35 hours into this one and the stream will be live with zero downtime for the next 3 weeks!
SCHEDULE:
During story marathon segments; the games will be played in chronological order according to the series timeline (loads of optional content will be shown too!)
MGS3 Snake Eater: (1964)
MGS Peace Walker: (1974)
MGS Ground Zeroes: (1975)
Metal Gear (1995)
Metal Gear 2 (1999)
MGS1 (2005)
MGS2 (2007-2009)
MGS4 (2014)
That takes around 80 hours
After that we'll be playing some of the, either, non-canon or non-Kojima Metal Gear games such as; VR, AC!D, Rising, Twin Snakes, Ghost Babel, Portable Ops etc (24 hours)
After that we start the story marathon again! (another 80 hours)
Then we start another day of random spin off Metal Gear games (another 24 hours)
THEN WE START THE STORY MARATHON A THIRD TIME LOL (ANOTHER 80 hours)
Then we endlessly stream MGSV: The Phantom Pain, once its available (September 1st)

It made sense for Old Snake but was still annoying. You saw it showing up in some moments in MGS2 and then finally became unbearable in MGS3.
What changed was the translator, which is why the only comprehensible game is the 1st.
It all pales in comparison to the atrocity that was Quinton Flynn's voice acting of Raiden in MGS4 though.
I don't care much about the idea of Hayter being replaced, I never minded him tbh, but I am also not extremely upset about it. It does worry me that they went for a hollywood big name though, as I love all the silly easter eggs and the millions of codec calls, which I doubt there will be the same amount of.

they are blowing my mind with some of the MGS2 secrets. Like, I had no idea you could use the different boxes to fast travel around Big Shell. Blew my fucking mind.
If ya'll wanted an exhibition on how trash of a game The Twin Snakes is, drk29 is about to run it now. He just finished going on a giant rant before even getting past the start screen. lol
